Misleading floral arrangement
I can't believe it, I mean seriously, the nerve of this company. I ordered this gorgeous bouquet for a special occasion, and what I got was a complete rip-off. The flowers weren't even close to what was shown online, and on top of that, they were all droopy and sad-looking. I felt so embarrassed giving them to my loved one. It's like they don't give a dang about making their customers happy. I'm never ordering from them again, that's for sure.

Laptop backpack purchase
I bought a laptop backpack from eBags not too long ago, but I gotta say, the delivery was a real letdown. I placed my order on December 23rd and was supposed to get it by December 28th. But here we are on January 4th, and still no sign of my backpack. I tried contacting customer support through email, but no luck getting a response. I gotta admit, this whole situation has really bummed me out and made me rethink shopping at eBags. And to top it off, the tracking number they gave me seems fake - just adds to the overall bad vibe I'm getting from this company.
