Shirt and pants
Oh my gosh, that store was just terrible! The shirt and pants I bought were totally the wrong size. And the quality was just awful, like seriously? Also, trying to get help on the phone was so difficult, like trying to find a unicorn. I cancelled my account as fast as you can say "no way, Jose".
Expensive dress return
The customer service experience was awful when I was trying to get a return label for an expensive dress. The representative accused me of trying to avoid paying for the return, even though the dress itself was costly. I definitely won't be ordering from this company online anymore after dealing with the stressful return process.
My order never arrived
I ordered some things, but they didn't arrive. When I called, the lady was really rude and actually hung up on me. On top of that, they messed up the address. And guess what? Turns out they don't even have the stuff I ordered in stock. Now I'm just waiting for my refund. After this experience, I definitely won't be shopping here again, whether it's online or in person.

I think it's really unfair that this store makes you pay to return things you ordered online. I mean, why should I have to cover their mistake? It's just ridiculous, especially right now with everything going on with covid. They should be more understanding and let me return items without charging a fee for it.
Multiple items return issue
If you're thinking about returning stuff from different orders, be careful with their return policy. I just tried to return some things from separate orders and was surprised to see that even though they all fit in one bag, I had to buy a $8.95 shipping label for each return. That seems really unfair and honestly, kind of greedy. I just want fair return policies that don't make me pay extra for returning stuff. So, I'm gonna start looking for other stores that appreciate my business and loyalty instead of trying to make money off of return fees.
Tweed dress for bridal tea
I've shopped at this store for a while now and recently bought a tweed dress online for my daughter's bridal tea in London. The website didn't mention it had gold tinsel thread, and the color was way darker than I thought, more like a mustard gold. The dress was super uncomfortable and not cute at all. When I went to return it at the store, they wouldn't take it back even though someone on the phone said I could. The online return process was a pain, I couldn't find the info to print the label. The customer service was terrible, and the material of the dress was low quality. It was just an all-around bad experience with all the confusion about the final sale stuff.
