Subscription for new scents
As someone who's really into perfumes, I'm always on the lookout for new scents that I might not think to try on my own. I really dig the range of options you get with the subscription - it lets me try out all kinds of different fragrances and broaden my sense of smell. It's a fun way to mix things up from wearing the same old scent day after day and it brings some spice to my perfume collection. I'd definitely suggest it to anyone who's into perfumes and likes changing things up often.

Luggage bag
I bought a suitcase from this store, and man, I wish I hadn't. The handle snapped after a couple of trips, and one of the wheels started falling apart on the second trip. I looked at reviews of their stuff, and it seems like getting a replacement would be pointless. The quality is straight up terrible, like it's some cheap knockoff straight from China. You can find way better bags for way cheaper on sites like Alibaba or Aliexpress.

I recently bought some skincare stuff from this company, but it didn't go as smoothly as I hoped. I got an email confirming my order and they took my money, but after that, I didn't hear anything about what was going on. I emailed customer service and they got back to me quickly, but just said they needed to look into my order number. They told me they'd get back to me, but they never did and my order never showed up. I was pretty bummed about the lack of communication and follow-through from them.

Flight cancellation and poor customer service
I recently went through a terrible experience with this airline when my flight got canceled. I had booked it for a super important event, but when I showed up to check in, I found out it was canceled without them giving me a heads up. The lack of communication was really disappointing and messed up my travel plans big time. I tried reaching out for help, but the customer service was no help at all. Their systems were down and I had to wait forever on hold. The only option they gave me was to rebook for a flight two days later, which meant I missed out on stuff, wasted vacation days, and lost money on my hotel. Overall, the service from this airline was terrible and left me feeling really frustrated and disappointed.

Heartworm medication
My experience with this company has changed a lot. I've been a loyal customer for over 20 years, but my most recent order for heartworm medication was a complete nightmare. They denied the prescription until my vet approved it, something that had never happened before. Even after my vet faxed the prescription twice and I emailed it directly to the company, they wouldn't respond and just kept sending my own emails back to me. They even charged me for the medication, but the order was still stuck waiting for vet approval. After trying several times to get a straight answer, I was finally told they needed another copy of the prescription, even though they had already received it multiple times. I asked for a refund and they ended up canceling my account, which I thought was really unprofessional and strange.

As someone who always likes to be careful when it comes to trendy brands, I decided to go for this bag and I'm really happy that I did. I have high standards for quality leather and craftsmanship, being Italian and all, and this bag totally surpassed my expectations. The design is really unique and the whole experience was awesome - from the fast delivery to the gorgeous packaging. I'm definitely going to be coming back for more!
