Boots purchase
The boots I ordered got here super quick, only taking 4 days to arrive in London. I thought it was gonna be longer since it took a total of 12 days. The quality of the boots is amazing - they're made of really soft leather and they're so comfy. Normally, I wear a size 6.5 UK, but I checked their size chart and went with my usual size. They fit perfectly! Only thing was they smelled pretty strong of glue and paint, but it didn't bother me too much. Overall, I'm really happy with my purchase.
Shoes
I've been waiting for my order from this store for a few weeks now, and I have to say, it was definitely worth the wait. The shoes I got were even better than I thought they'd be, and I'm really loving them. The quality is amazing and I couldn't be happier with my purchase.
Online order tracking
I'm telling you, if I have to keep playing detective to find my package, I'm going to lose it. I ordered online, but never got a tracking number. I even went through my junk mail like they told me to. What a complete waste of time.
Great experience with the photographer for my event
OMG, you guys, the photographer at my event was seriously incredible! They made my day even more special. The photos are so beautiful, I can't stop looking at them. I highly recommend them to anyone - they're the absolute best! xx
boots that fell apart after 2 days
I recently bought a pair of boots that were supposed to be made of quality leather, but after just 2 days, the "leather" started falling apart. Turns out it wasn't even good quality PU. I tried reaching out on social media, but haven't gotten any response. Wish I could show you pictures. Definitely steer clear of these boots, they are terrible quality.
Shoes
The pictures in the ad made the shoes look so nice, but man, they were nothing like that when I actually got them. They were cheap and looked like they were put together in a rush. I was bummed out and annoyed by how different they were from what I was expecting. Just a heads up for anyone else looking to buy, those photos on the website might not be the real deal!
Beautiful shoes received
The shoes had a long wait before they arrived, but let me tell you, they were totally worth it! They're just like how they were described - gorgeous and so comfy. I'll definitely be buying from this store again.
Shoe purchase
Ya know, I had some trouble with the sizing when I bought shoes from this company. Tried to use their sizing chart and everything, but the shoes just didn't fit right according to international standards. So frustrating and ended up costing me a good chunk of change. When I tried to return them, turns out their policy only gives you a partial refund if it's been more than 15 days since they got the shoes back. Ended up losing 70£ out of a 100£ purchase, ugh.
False advertising, poor quality
The product I bought said it was leather but it was actually cheap PU leather. It was so disappointing and I couldn't even get my money back because there was no refund option on the website and the phone number listed wasn't working.
Size discrepancy, quality leather, delayed delivery
I bought a size 38, but I usually wear a 37.5 because these shoes run small. The leather and craftsmanship were really good, which I liked. However, it took over 5 weeks for the delivery to arrive, longer than I thought. So, if you're thinking about ordering from here, make sure you plan ahead.
Stylish narrow shoes
I bought some shoes from this company because they looked really cute and stylish, but man, was I let down when they arrived. The sizes were totally off, even though I followed their size chart to a T. Those shoes were like trying to squeeze my foot into a shoe two sizes too small! It was not fun at all. And when I tried to get help from customer service, they were super defensive and not very helpful. Plus, their return policy for multiple pairs was just confusing and strict. I ended up feeling really annoyed and disappointed with my whole shopping experience.
Late delivery, unhelpful customer service
The delivery of my order got super delayed, so I missed the return window. I tried reaching out to customer service, but they took forever to reply and didn't really help. I bought two things, but one didn't fit. Because the company handled it so poorly, I won't be shopping there again.
Shoes
I recently bought some shoes from this brand and it was pretty disappointing. The shoes showed up late and they were not as nice as I thought they'd be. Even though I got my usual size, they were way too tight and uncomfortable to wear. When I tried to return them, customer service was not very helpful at all. And to top it off, the packaging was not great and the shoes were even dirty when I got them. It seems like these shoes are made for a totally different group of people. I definitely won't be buying from this company again.
Defective oxford shoes
I bought a pair of oxford shoes from this place not too long ago, and let me tell you, it was a total letdown. When I got the shoes and tried them on, I saw right away that the heel of one shoe was falling apart, making it super hard to walk in them. So, I reached out to customer service about it, but they just brushed me off and said they don't do refunds for used items. I was really frustrated because I had only worn the shoes for a short time and it was obvious they were messed up. The fact that they didn't even acknowledge the problem and wouldn't help me at all just made me even more disappointed. It's clear that they care more about making money than making their customers happy, and that's not cool.
Shoe design and quality
I was super pumped to buy these shoes, but then I checked out the reviews and how the company deals with customers, and now I'm not so sure. The shoes look awesome, but I'm worried about how good they actually are. Every time someone says something bad, the company gets all defensive and acts unprofessional. They don't fix the problem, they just go after the customer. That's not cool with me - a company that can't take criticism like a grown-up is a big warning sign. If I'm thinking about buying something, I want to feel good about it, not stressed about their reputation.
Long delivery wait
I had to wait so long for my order to show up! I should've checked out some reviews first. Trying to give them a call just goes straight to voicemail and they're ignoring all my messages about that order number 470825 I put in on Nov. 13th. Save yourself the headache and steer clear of ordering from them!
