Lunch box purchase
I got this lunch box last year and let me tell you, it was amazing! Had a few glitches, but the customer service was so responsive and took care of everything right away. The lunch box is top-notch quality, and all my buddies were diggin' it too. I'd totally recommend it to anyone!

Reservation at distant hotel with no shuttle
I had such a rough morning - overslept and almost missed my flight because I couldn't find parking! And to top it off, when I got to the airport, the customer service was no help at all. All they did was make excuses and wouldn't even give me a refund for their error. Talk about a disaster! I am definitely never using them again.

100ml bottle
I bought a 100ml bottle and was bummed out when the glass on the neck broke after just the fourth time using it. I reached out to customer service to see if I could get a refund or a replacement, but they weren't very helpful and even accused me of dropping the bottle. I'm really let down by the low quality and the bad customer service.

Great experience with the photographer for my event
OMG, you guys, the photographer at my event was seriously incredible! They made my day even more special. The photos are so beautiful, I can't stop looking at them. I highly recommend them to anyone - they're the absolute best! xx
