Quick and easy meals
I recently gave this meal service a shot and I gotta say, I'm really digging it. The recipes are easy and enjoyable to cook, and they send you everything you need in one bag, which is super convenient. The selection of meals is great, I haven't had a repeat yet! The only downside is that some of the veggies arrived a bit beat up (like seriously, who wants a mushy cucumber?). Also, they accidentally sent me basil twice, but it was already wilted when it got to me. Despite those minor issues, I'm pretty excited about it!

Overpriced shipping rates
Man, these shipping prices on this site are way too high! I'm from Canada and it'd be nice to have some cheaper options, like using Canada Post. The exchange rates between the US and Canada just make ordering from here such a pain. Honestly, it might not even be worth it.

Easy ink cartridge purchase
I was happy with how easy it was to find the ink cartridges I needed for my printer on this website. Ordering was simple, and getting an extra black cartridge was a nice bonus since I go through that color the most. The only thing I wished for was a more specific delivery date, instead of just a 3 to 8 business day estimate. Even though my account was charged right after I ordered, which made me a bit nervous, I had to trust that the shipping would be smooth.

Electric breast pumps
The electric breast pumps were awesome at first, but after about a month, I started having some problems with them. The suction seemed to drop a lot after the first pumping session, which made it tough for me to fully empty my breasts. This is actually my second pair of pumps because the first set stopped working too. I got in touch with customer service, and they were nice enough to send me a new set, but unfortunately, I'm still dealing with the same issue. It's been 3 months now, and the pumps still don't have much suction, which is really frustrating and inconvenient, especially considering how much they cost. When they work right, they're great, but the inconsistency is a big issue for me as a breastfeeding mom who relies on pumping.

Shoe design and quality
I was super pumped to buy these shoes, but then I checked out the reviews and how the company deals with customers, and now I'm not so sure. The shoes look awesome, but I'm worried about how good they actually are. Every time someone says something bad, the company gets all defensive and acts unprofessional. They don't fix the problem, they just go after the customer. That's not cool with me - a company that can't take criticism like a grown-up is a big warning sign. I recently bought some haircare products from this company. The ordering process went smoothly and I got my products pretty quickly. But then I ran into a problem with my order and the customer service was not great. Turns out my original order got sent back without me even knowing. So I got in touch with Customer Support for help. They did get back to me quickly and offered a refund or to send the products again. I decided on a refund since I had already bought the products elsewhere. But even though they said I would get a refund, I never did. And when I asked for a return label to send the products back, my emails were ignored. That lack of communication and follow-through was really disappointing and left me feeling frustrated with the whole experience.

Lifetime cloud backup storage plan
My experience with the lifetime cloud backup storage plan was good at first - I got the 2TB plan in 2019 and felt good knowing my data was backed up. But today, I got a notice that my account was cancelled and now I can't access my backup data. They want me to pay a yearly fee to get my data back and keep using their services. That seems shady and like they're trying to scam me. I recommend staying away from this company and any other versions they come out with like BigMind and Genie9.

Wall sconce purchase
The wall sconce I bought is awesome, but man, the shipping was a pain. I got another fixture at the same time, and the sconce made it here quick, but the other one got held up with no heads up. I don't know if this happens a lot with this company or if I just got unlucky with items that are out of stock. I felt let down and annoyed because nobody told me about the delay.
