    I just bought a speed controller from eibabo and I have to say, I'm really happy with how everything went. They processed my order quickly and let me know every step of the way.     Three electrical outlets

    I'm really upset about my recent purchase of three electrical outlets. I ordered them on March 14th and was expecting them to arrive in early April. Unfortunately, on April 3rd, the supplier told me there were delivery problems and that I'd have to wait an extra 45 days! I wasn't even given the choice of getting a refund, and the way they communicated with me was terrible. It's crazy to think that even shipments from China arrive quicker than this. To top it all off, the product is still listed online with a 15-day delivery time frame, which contradicts the message I got about the delay.

    Crooked business practices

    The company's shady practices are really concerning. They sneakily mess with the amounts and costs of orders that have already been put in. It's crazy that they hold off on shipping for 15 days and then decide to jack up the price. This kind of dishonesty just won't fly with me. I'm definitely not going to be a repeat customer and I suggest others avoid them too.

    Order cancellation without refund

    I had a really bad experience with this company. I tried calling them multiple times but no one ever answered, even after waiting on hold for an hour. The delivery kept getting delayed, and I couldn't get a hold of anyone to talk about it. Then, out of nowhere, after three weeks, my order was canceled without warning and I never got my money back. It was like it never even happened, and I only found out because I happened to check my account. Eibabo has been totally unresponsive when it comes to giving any feedback or refund. They took my money and left me with no explanation or solution.

    Schneider plc module purchase

    I just bought a Schneider plc module from this company thinking I'd get it pretty quick since they said it was in stock. But it's been 15 days and still no sign of it. When I asked, they blamed delays from their supplier and said they didn't actually have it in stock like they said online. It's really frustrating when companies aren't upfront and don't deliver on what they promise.

    International Purchase, Unexpected Fees, Subpar Packaging

    It was really irritating to order something from a foreign site and then have to pay extra for import duties and VAT when it showed up. It ended up costing way more than if I'd just bought it from a store nearby. And on top of that, the item came in a box all jumbled up with no charger or case, which was a letdown. I felt like I got totally ripped off and it wasn't worth all the trouble.

    I got the wrong stuff when I ordered and I reached out to customer service right away to fix it. But they didn't respond and didn't really help at all. Plus, they kept changing their email address which made things even more frustrating. Now I'm not so sure about trusting this company anymore.

    Quick shipping, missing item

    My experience with this company was pretty disappointing, to be honest. The shipping was fast and all, but they totally forgot to include one of the things I ordered. I tried contacting customer service about it, hoping for some help, but they weren't any use. They insisted that they already sent the missing item. It was my first time ordering from them, and I'm definitely not gonna give them another chance.

    The website looks good at first, with prices that seem pretty competitive. But man, once you start adding in all those extra costs like DHL shipping, duty, VAT...it's like, holy smokes, the total bill skyrockets. And just my luck, one of the items I ordered was out of stock, so the delivery took forever. Super annoying! And don't even get me started on trying to return something - they actually took out the shipping return costs from my refund. Not cool, man. Overall, pretty frustrating experience that definitely could've been better.

    Mini boiler

    Very bad experience . We ordered a mini boiler for in a rental apt kitchenette . Old one broke after 5 years . We ordered exactly the same boiler , connected it the same way .. and it broke after 6 months working absolutely fine . We send them a video with the water pouring out . The boiler was only 6 months old .. and broken . They dindt help , didn’t replace anything and no Warranty applied . We discovered we ordered a very poor quality mini boiler and there was no service or any help when it broke . We will never ever buy again !
