Electrical components
I just bought a bunch of electrical parts from this supplier, and I gotta say, I was really impressed with how everything went down. The website was easy to use, ordering stuff was a breeze, and they kept me in the loop every step of the way with updates on my order. When my stuff arrived super quickly via DHL, man, it blew my mind. The quality of the products was top-notch too. I'm seriously happy with how everything turned out, and I'd totally recommend this supplier to anyone.
Crooked business practices
The company's shady practices are really concerning. They sneakily mess with the amounts and costs of orders that have already been put in. It's crazy that they hold off on shipping for 15 days and then decide to jack up the price. This kind of dishonesty just won't fly with me. I'm definitely not going to be a repeat customer and I suggest others avoid them too.
Light switches for architecture project
I ordered some light switches for my architecture project from here, but unfortunately, one arrived damaged and the other never showed up. Eibabo is totally a scam company, so definitely don't trust them.
Schneider plc module purchase
I just bought a Schneider plc module from this company thinking I'd get it pretty quick since they said it was in stock. But it's been 15 days and still no sign of it. When I asked, they blamed delays from their supplier and said they didn't actually have it in stock like they said online. It's really frustrating when companies aren't upfront and don't deliver on what they promise.
International Purchase, Unexpected Fees, Subpar Packaging
It was really irritating to order something from a foreign site and then have to pay extra for import duties and VAT when it showed up. It ended up costing way more than if I'd just bought it from a store nearby. And on top of that, the item came in a box all jumbled up with no charger or case, which was a letdown. I felt like I got totally ripped off and it wasn't worth all the trouble.
Faulty equipment received
I got the wrong stuff when I ordered and I reached out to customer service right away to fix it. But they didn't respond and didn't really help at all. Plus, they kept changing their email address which made things even more frustrating. Now I'm not so sure about trusting this company anymore.
My bad part didnt work, I had to switch parts to fix it
I bought this part that was supposed to be new, but it ended up being old and not working properly. I had to take some parts from my old one to get it to work. Super disappointing, man!
Quick shipping, missing item
My experience with this company was pretty disappointing, to be honest. The shipping was fast and all, but they totally forgot to include one of the things I ordered. I tried contacting customer service about it, hoping for some help, but they weren't any use. They insisted that they already sent the missing item. It was my first time ordering from them, and I'm definitely not gonna give them another chance.
Electrical components for home renovation
The website looks good at first, with prices that seem pretty competitive. But man, once you start adding in all those extra costs like DHL shipping, duty, VAT...it's like, holy smokes, the total bill skyrockets. And just my luck, one of the items I ordered was out of stock, so the delivery took forever. Super annoying! And don't even get me started on trying to return something - they actually took out the shipping return costs from my refund. Not cool, man. Overall, pretty frustrating experience that definitely could've been better.
Mini boiler
Very bad experience . We ordered a mini boiler for in a rental apt kitchenette . Old one broke after 5 years . We ordered exactly the same boiler , connected it the same way .. and it broke after 6 months working absolutely fine . We send them a video with the water pouring out . The boiler was only 6 months old .. and broken . They dindt help , didn’t replace anything and no Warranty applied . We discovered we ordered a very poor quality mini boiler and there was no service or any help when it broke . We will never ever buy again !
