Missing item in order
I had a problem with my order because one of the items I bought was missing when it arrived. I reached out to customer service to try to get it sorted out, but they were not willing to give me a refund for the missing item. I was really let down by the lack of responsibility and help from them, and it left me feeling really annoyed and unhappy with how everything went down while shopping.

I just got my hands on a Dior Columbus Bag from this website and I gotta say, I'm thrilled with how it all went down. They were super quick to send me the repair solution, and get this – for free, all the way to Greece! Even after the leak stuck around, they didn't give up on me and sent over another bottle. Katie really went above and beyond with her exceptional service, and I couldn't be more grateful.

Oh my gosh, I was totally freaking out when I got hit with this huge bill from my car guy and then had to fork over money to the dang IRS - like seriously draining my bank account! But then I stumbled upon 97tax and they came to the rescue by letting me pay little by little. They were like my tax saviors! Huge thanks to 97tax for being so amazing!

Today was such a great day shopping at the store! There was this super friendly employee, who I'll call Barenetta, and she was so helpful. Barenetta helped me understand how the coupons worked so I could save some money on what I bought. She even set me up with a store account and explained how I could earn points for store credit. I tried a psychic reading service on this platform not too long ago, and man, it was a huge letdown. The lady I talked to seemed so sure about what she was saying, but none of it turned out to be true. Actually, most of what she said was just confusing and left me feeling even more lost. I was really looking for some direction and insight, but all I got was a feeling like I threw away my time and money.

I was really happy with the help I got over the phone. The customer service rep knew their stuff and was super patient, they took the time to answer all my questions. At first, I was kind of confused by all the online tools, but as I kept clicking around the website, I got the hang of it. I was a little nervous about ordering online, you just never know if what you get is gonna be any good. But I decided to go for it with VIP Outlet and I'm really happy I did! Ordered Christmas Cards
I ordered some really cool Christmas cards online, but they never showed up! I even paid extra to get them delivered super fast, but they seem to have disappeared into thin air. I tried calling the company to find out what happened, but I was stuck waiting on hold for what felt like ages. Finally, when I did talk to someone, they were just plain mean and not helpful at all. Now it's too late to send out my Christmas cards, and to top it off, I haven't even gotten a refund. Ugh, it's so annoying!

Fancy shoes, unreasonable return policy
I got these super cute shoes not too long ago, but man, I was so frustrated with their return policy. I was trying to cancel my order since it was still in processing status, but they wouldn't budge on exchanges. I placed the order on 02/20 and it didn't even ship until yesterday! Can you believe that? It's just ridiculous, I can't even understand why they would do that.
