first time ordering online from a German website
I recently bought some awesome things from Kidsroom for the first time, and it was also my first time shopping on a German website. The customer support team was really helpful and they quickly answered all my questions. It did take a little while for my order to arrive here in the good ol' USA, but it was definitely worth the wait. Shopping at Kidsroom was an awesome experience and I'm looking forward to ordering from them again. I'll definitely be spreading the word to all my friends!

Jewelry purchase
The jewelry I got from this company went above and beyond what I was expecting. I've always been kinda wary of buying jewelry online, but man, the earrings and rings that showed up were top-notch. They looked even more stunning in real life than they did in the pics on the website. The beauty and skill put into these pieces really blew me away. And to top it all off, the quick delivery meant I could rock them at my event coming up soon.

Wall-mounted sensor mirror
I bought a wall-mounted sensor mirror not too long ago, and I gotta say, I was really disappointed with the customer service I got. When I reached out to ask about where my order was, the person I talked to seemed like they didn't know what was going on and wasn't very professional. They didn't really listen to what I was saying and gave me some unrealistic ideas. Instead of focusing on my current problem, they brought up some old order from way back and didn't seem to care about helping me out. It was super frustrating and in the end, I didn't feel like my issue was resolved at all.

As someone on a budget, I was super excited when I saw your products pop up on my Facebook feed. Ordering was easy-peasy, and there was a spot to enter my discount code. Now, I gotta say, that extra deal for more products seemed enticing, but it wasn't very clear what those products actually were. I'm sure they're great, but I like to know all the deets before I commit to anything.

My experience at the health screening appointment was really good. The staff members were super friendly and efficient from start to finish. The testing went by fast, but it felt thorough. I didn't know all the details of the testing process, but I trusted the staff knew what they were doing. I also liked getting all the texts and reminders before my appointment, it kept me on track. There was a small issue when one patient arrived late and was rude, but the receptionist handled it really well. Overall, I had a good time and would suggest this service to others.
