I bought 2 businesses from Ecom Chief, and it’s been amazing! The design is great, and everything was easy to set up. The support from Ava was incredible—she quickly helped customize a few things to fit my needs. Best of all, we made sales within the first two weeks! Couldn’t be happier!

Men's Clothing Store
I recently bought a men's clothing store from this online platform, hoping for top-notch customer service. Unfortunately, I was let down when the support suddenly disappeared. The owner didn't seem interested in helping me with any issues that came up and just shared old videos that didn't help at all. Also, the reviews on the website were all too positive, making me suspicious. The marketing emails I got were pretty useless and didn't give me any clear instructions on how to use them right. All in all, my experience with this online platform was not great, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone looking for good service and support.
Facebook Agency purchase
I recently bought a Facebook Agency from an online platform, and it hasn't been great. The website keeps having issues whenever WordPress updates, making it hard to keep things running smoothly. Even though I advertised on Facebook, I haven't gotten any inquiries, so it doesn't seem like it's reaching potential customers. The business model seems to be falling short on its promises and not delivering a functional service. Because of this, I'm thinking about not buying online businesses in the future and maybe making my own website using platforms like Wix or Ecwid.
