The website/store is fabulous. It is rich in customizable features and the aesthetic is clean and modern. I loved the ability to adjust images, fonts, videos, etc. Also, support from Ecom Chief is super good! Oh and did i mention we started making sales like in 2 days and since our purchase we are doing consistent sales every week and have been very profitable!!

This Website and Store has great features that are built-in and ready to go. It's intuitive and easy to get what you need out of it for the most. No Ecommerce website out there will fit your needs exactly as far as I'm concerned, but this website does so much and is compatible with any other app needed to make it all work. I haven't needed the support much, but when I have, they've been quick, friendly, and effective.

Customer service is top notch. I had a couple of challenges on my end and they went into great detail and even took the time to put together a video to help explain it in order to ensure that we were comfortable with the info.
