Online Fashion Store
The online store /business is great. But even better was the service the team gave me. I sent an email and they replied the next day. They asked us to give them access to the store so they could fix the issue themselves. I granted access and the issue was fixed soon after. As a small business ourselves we strongly believe in recognizing excellent service!

The website/store is fabulous. It is rich in customizable features and the aesthetic is clean and modern. I loved the ability to adjust images, fonts, videos, etc. Also, support from Ecom Chief is super good! Oh and did i mention we started making sales like in 2 days and since our purchase we are doing consistent sales every week and have been very profitable!!

We looked at at least 10 websites before deciding on Ecom Chief. We chose this store because it had the specific features that we needed - add to cart right at grid level and a clean interface. The main surprise (pleasant) came when we needed some support - Ani and his team are simply amazing. They never hide behind automated bots - expect a personal, polite and accurate answer every time. This Website and Store has great features that are built-in and ready to go. It's intuitive and easy to get what you need out of it for the most. No Ecommerce website out there will fit your needs exactly as far as I'm concerned, but this website does so much and is compatible with any other app needed to make it all work. I haven't needed the support much, but when I have, they've been quick, friendly, and effective.

Customer service is top notch. I had a couple of challenges on my end and they went into great detail and even took the time to put together a video to help explain it in order to ensure that we were comfortable with the info. It is very clear that they aim to do the absolute best that they can to provide a great product, service, and experience. Nice layout, great features and a fantastic ecommerce store.
