I recently bought something from this website, but it turned out not to be what I was hoping for when it arrived. So, I decided to get in touch with their customer service to talk about getting a replacement. To my surprise, I got a reply from a representative just a week after reaching out. The person I spoke to was really professional and understanding. They sorted everything out and made sure a replacement was sent my way. I got the new product within the next week, and I was happy with how everything turned out. I gotta say, I was impressed with how quick and helpful the customer service team at this website was.

Stock photo purchase
My experience with this stock photo service was a total disaster. I thought I was going to get great photos for a good price, but boy was I wrong. The selection was terrible, the prices were way too high, and the website was a pain to use. I couldn't find what I was looking for because the search filters stunk. And just when I thought I was done, they hit me with all these extra fees that jacked up the cost. I felt totally scammed and ripped off. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this stock photo service.

Christmas cards for family
This year has been a real tough one for me, and I just couldn't manage to send out any Christmas cards to all the special people in my life. But you know what? I was still able to hand-deliver some of those gorgeous cards I bought before to my sisters, family, and friends. And let me tell you, they all totally loved the cool designs and it meant a whole lot to them during these rough times. Those cards really helped me spread some joy and love during the holidays, and man, I gotta say, I'm so grateful for that. So, thanks a bunch for helping me stay connected with my fam through your awesome cards.

Fraudulent tickets
I just bought some tickets on here and it turned out they were fake. This was my first time trying out this service and it was a total nightmare. Got the confirmation, got charged on my card, even got my seats picked out. But when I got to the event, they wouldn't let me in cause someone else had already used the tickets. Ended up having to drive all the way back home and wasted a ton of time and money. It was super embarrassing and I was really let down by the whole thing.

KN95 Masks

So, despite that these are NOT labeled as authentic KN95 masks, I ordered them because I'd ordered them before and they were at least better than other items I could find in stock at this point. I ordered on Jan 18th, because I was having surgery on January 27th, and also have plans to travel by plane on Feb 6-Feb 8th. On January 25th, I finally thought to check shipping status as it seemed they should have arrived. It showed unfulfilled. I wrote them, said NVM, I'll buy elsewhere, give me back my $82. Two days later, they created a shipping label (January 27th). Two days after that (January 29th) they replied to my email to say, Can't cancel, it's already left warehouse. Yesterday, (February 4th) they actually DID take my shipment to the post office--A full 8 days after they created the shipping label, 10 days after I canceled, and more than two weeks (17 days) after I placed the order. I specifically ordered items that showed in stock (ships out in 2-3 days) so I would get them in time. Instead, I got ... around, lied to, and I now have masks that may someday come long after their intended use, (tracking shows due to arrive to me on Feb 8th) and long after I made purchases elsewhere. And they're not even legit KN95 masks.... Never again.

Multiple purchases
I have been ordering from Creation L for years and have loved their clothes. However I will probably need to stop ordering. More often the item is shipped from Germany and takes weeks to arrive. I have had multiple instances where item does not arrive in time for the occasion it was ordered for. Very disappointing.
They do take a long time to get here but my problem is the sizing. Ordered a 12 and it fits like a 14.

I had the very same experience! I placed an order for masks from MaskC on or about January 25, 2022. They immediately took my money. Absolutely NO communication on shipping or order status. In early February I emailed them twice. NO response. SO, I posted a comment on their Facebook page and used Messenger to find out what was going on. They hadn't shipped the masks at all and seemed somewhat evasive about the order. I messaged them every couple of days, asking for a refund as they had taken too long to mail the masks. Only on February 10th did they finally mail the masks. They seemed to sit in postal limbo for days, with the tracking number showing "shipping information received". More messages followed to the point I demanded a refund because of how slow they were, even after they took my money. SO, I filed a complaint with the BBB and my credit card. I don't know if that will work in my favor but I tried. Then they BLOCKED me on FB! They apparently delete negative comments, but there are plenty of angry emojis. Please, purchase your masks somewhere else.
