Review about: Lems Shoes
Shoes quality issue
I bought a pair of shoes from this company, but I've noticed that the quality is really bad. The rubber sole on my shoes turned super hard after only a few times wearing them, which shouldn't happen considering how much I paid. I reached out to them about it, but their response was pretty disappointing. They admitted they knew about the issue, but instead of fixing it or giving me a new pair, they just suggested I get them re-soled or buy new ones. And then, they stopped responding to my emails completely. This kind of customer service is not okay and makes me question the company's integrity.

Arcade machine
My dad and I went to Suncoast Arcade and ended up buying an arcade machine for our house. I was thrilled to finally have my own games to play whenever I feel like it. The people who worked there were really nice and helped us choose the best machine for our home. They even delivered it and set it up for us, which was fantastic! Now I can have all my friends come over for some awesome gaming parties. The graphics are incredible and the controls work really well. I'm absolutely loving it!

Return label issue
I would probably give them like half a star if I could. Their customer service is just awful - waited around for 3 days just to get a return label, sent 4 emails and got no response. Couldn't even find a phone number to call for help. Definitely not planning on buying anything from them again. I used to always shop in their store, but this online experience was just a letdown and super irritating.

2-year subscription, software compatibility issues, refund request
After I signed up for the 2-year subscription and downloaded the app, I ran into some compatibility issues with the software on my PC. It was super frustrating trying to deal with it, even with technical assistance. I just couldn't find a fix! So, I ended up having to ask for my money back. But, I gotta give credit where it's due - the refund process was quick and the company really stuck to their word. All in all, I'd say my experience was a rollercoaster of tricky situations and some happy outcomes.
