I just switched from using those big brand essential oils to this awesome family-owned company called Plant Therapy. They sell top-notch oils at prices that won't break the bank. I was so excited to find them because they have a huge variety of essential oils, carrier oils, and other stuff that's perfect for my skincare biz. Plus, their blog is super helpful for learning all about essential oils and how they can help you. Seriously, you should definitely check them out!
Review about: Smilelove
Aligners purchase
Man, I was really looking forward to my Smilelove aligners fixing up my slightly crooked teeth, but instead of perfect pearly whites, I only saw a small improvement. And to top it off, the aligners actually made my teeth chip! Two of them ended up getting damaged, and one chip was so noticeable. I tried contacting the company, but their response was seriously disappointing. They tried to blame me for the damage, saying it was because of my saliva and brushing routine, which makes no sense. I take good care of my teeth and never had issues before. Plus, since I used affirm to pay for the aligners, Smilelove said they couldn't do anything since they already got the money. This whole ordeal has me feeling angry and kicking myself for ever giving them my business.

Online order issue
I bought something online not long ago and ran into some issues with my order. After I placed my order on the website, I found myself needing to get in touch with customer service for help, but it didn't go too well. Even after trying a few times to reach out, I only got a few responses from the customer service team. Not getting much communication from them made me feel annoyed and let down by the whole thing. I did end up asking for a refund, but I still haven't heard back.

My experience
I had the absolute worst experience yesterday! They went ahead and closed my account out of the blue, without even giving me a reason. All I was trying to do was figure out where my money went, and they completely shut me down. They didn't even let me take out my own money. Can you believe the nerve?
