Review about: Beanbag Factory
Wrong color cover received
I just bought a beanbag cover as a gift, but I got the wrong color. I emailed customer service right away to fix it because the gift was due the following week, but no one got back to me. I'm really let down by the lack of communication from this company. I even tried reaching out through their website before this and still got no response. Bottom line, their customer service is just not up to par.

Aligners purchase
Man, I was really looking forward to my Smilelove aligners fixing up my slightly crooked teeth, but instead of perfect pearly whites, I only saw a small improvement. And to top it off, the aligners actually made my teeth chip! Two of them ended up getting damaged, and one chip was so noticeable. I tried contacting the company, but their response was seriously disappointing. They tried to blame me for the damage, saying it was because of my saliva and brushing routine, which makes no sense. I take good care of my teeth and never had issues before. Plus, since I used affirm to pay for the aligners, Smilelove said they couldn't do anything since they already got the money. This whole ordeal has me feeling angry and kicking myself for ever giving them my business.

Delayed shipping issue
I recently bought something from Bagsmart, but ran into a problem with shipping. They told me it would ship on May 2, then pushed it back to May 8. But even then, it didn't ship when they said it would. When I asked why, they just said it was popular and that's why it was delayed. It was annoying and not cool that they couldn't keep their promises about shipping.

Online order issue
I bought something online not long ago and ran into some issues with my order. After I placed my order on the website, I found myself needing to get in touch with customer service for help, but it didn't go too well. Even after trying a few times to reach out, I only got a few responses from the customer service team. Not getting much communication from them made me feel annoyed and let down by the whole thing. I did end up asking for a refund, but I still haven't heard back.

My experience
I had the absolute worst experience yesterday! They went ahead and closed my account out of the blue, without even giving me a reason. All I was trying to do was figure out where my money went, and they completely shut me down. They didn't even let me take out my own money. Can you believe the nerve?
