Super cool washer
I ordered a washer and it arrived on the day I chose, but it was pretty late in the afternoon. The delivery guy brought it into my kitchen all gentle-like and showed me everything without any scratches. It's a really awesome washer with neat features and stuff.

Black Pumas concert tickets
What a nightmare dealing with this company. I bought tickets to see the Black Pumas in Seattle, but the show got canceled because of a Covid scare. I'm from Texas and was just visiting Washington, so I couldn't make it to the rescheduled show. Ticket Liquidator wouldn't give me a refund, saying the tickets were still good. I tried contacting their "Priority Customer Support Team," but kept getting the runaround from different people. Their "100% money-back guarantee" was nowhere to be found. Ticket Liquidator, you've lost me as a customer forever with your awful customer service and lack of understanding. Give me my money back now!
