Great performance, Parking issues
The performance was amazing, I mean, I was seriously blown away by the talent and energy those performers had on stage. But let me tell you, my whole experience got kinda messed up because of the parking situation. Being disabled, I needed to park super close to the venue, you know? But man, the lack of clear signs and easy access was a real letdown. I had to trek quite a ways to the entrance, which was tough for me with my asthma. And to top it off, they didn't even let us park in the handicapped section because of street closures. It just left me feeling all kinds of frustrated and discriminated against. Even with how awesome the show was, I'm not sure I'd go again unless they fix up that whole parking mess.

Device purchase
I just got this new gadget from the store and ran into a little problem with it. Luckily, the customer service team was amazing, especially Andrew. He really helped me out with the issue. The device itself works great and I'm happy with my purchase overall.
