Baseball cap
I ordered a baseball cap on December 13th, hoping it would get here before Christmas. It's been two weeks and I still haven't heard anything about my order. I've reached out to customer service through phone and email, but haven't gotten any responses. I'm really let down by this lack of communication and service, especially since I thought this company was better than that. Keeping customers in the loop about delays or problems with their orders should be a no-brainer, and it's surprising that it's being ignored here.

NYC Homecoming Concert tickets
Even though I was a little worried at first because of some bad reviews, I ended up going for it and bought tickets for the NYC Homecoming Concert from this site. OMG, you guys, I finally got a ring from this super cool website that I've had my eye on for so long! And you know what? It was totally worth it! First off, they have this awesome thing called Sezzle that helps me budget for pricier items. So, I got this ring and it arrived super fast, like in just a couple of days. The quality is amazing - way better than I thought. It feels really fancy and has some heft to it, which makes it feel even more luxurious. I went shopping at ULTA for some beauty products not long ago, and I gotta say, I was really impressed with their selection. Sweater purchase
I was really disappointed with Fair Harbor's return policy even though I usually love their products. I've spent around $400 on 5 items there before, so I had pretty high hopes. But when I got a sweater that didn't fit right and was heavier than I thought, I found out they only offer store credit for returns. That left me feeling really frustrated. I couldn't even call someone directly to talk about it because they don't have a customer service number. The live chat option was the closest thing, but it didn't really help me feel better about the situation. For me, a company's return policy is a big deal in terms of customer service, and Fair Harbor didn't meet my expectations on that front.
