Halfway through choosing paper I almost bailed, but customer service sent samples fast and the delivery arrived well-packaged and on time. Had worse experiences elsewhere, so I'm cautiously pleased, though picky.
Cards arrived beat up
phone only, long hold, awful hold music, and nobody answered. I tried twice over two days. I want a refund or redo, but can't get through. I’ve had better luck with other print shops. Honestly, it's annoying.
Small surprise, happy I ordered
I first saw these on a coworker’s desk and my manager tipped me to try them. Delivery was faster than I thought, came with tracking and well packed. I had one small issue and customer service replied same day — they fixed it and sent replacements, so I'm really glad. Cards have held up in my wallet well, not perfect, but honestly way better than I expected, so thanks.
Print shop orders
I've been going to this print shop for years and I really like the quality of their stuff. It's cool that they have different options for how fast you can get your order, which comes in handy when I need something in a hurry. I also like how they send samples to help me figure out which type of paper would be best for my projects. Plus, their shipping is always on point and my orders show up nicely packed.
