Local shopping and trying to redeem an online voucher
I had a really good experience shopping at the store recently, so I decided to use the online voucher they sent me. I tried multiple times to make a payment, but it just wouldn't go through. I contacted customer service to let them know how frustrated I was, but they didn't even say sorry or show any empathy. They just said they were renovating the shop to avoid these issues. If the website is faulty and they're still operating, it doesn't make sense. And it would have been nice to get an apology. Oh well, I'll just take my business to another store.

I'm so grateful for all the help and support I received from the website. They really made a difference in helping me manage my dog, Jackie's, seizures. Def Leppard, Poison, and Tesla tickets
So, I scored these tickets for my very first Leppard and Poison show, you know? I was super excited for it! But then, when I got to the venue, turns out one of the tickets had already been scanned. Can you believe it? I was like, seriously? But luckily, there was this cool guy behind me who also had the same issue, so we both went over to chat with the lady at the booth. She was like, oh, we only honor Ticketmaster purchases. Like, what's that all about? I had my proof of purchase and all that jazz! Thankfully, the lady eventually got fed up with us and let us in. Thank goodness!

I recently bought two custom candles and while I thought they were great, I had some problems with how they were shipped and the company's communication. The candles came in two different boxes which caused issues with customs since I don't live in the UK. Because of delays, I didn't get an invoice with the VAT, so I had to pay extra processing fees. At first, I had a hard time reaching customer service because they were dealing with some changes in their systems and took a long time to reply. But when they finally did, they were really sorry and understanding. They offered to refund me 50% of my order, which I thought was fair and appreciated.
