Waste of time
This app is just terrible! It's so confusing and difficult to use, I spent forever trying to figure it out. And the customer support is practically non-existent, they never helped me with anything!
Bug-filled nightmare
I just started using this platform and man, it's been a nightmare. There are so many bugs and it's just impossible to get anything done. My inbox is constantly flooded with emails, like hundreds every hour, and it's driving me crazy. I thought turning off notifications would help, but nope, still chaos. I totally regret signing up for this service.
Pro Subscription Charges
I've been a customer of ManyChat for a long time now, and I recently had a problem with my pro subscription charges. I've been using ManyChat for over 5 years and was really surprised to find out that a new pro subscription was started on one of my Facebook pages back in March without me knowing or getting any notification emails about it. I only realized this more than 6 months later, and when I asked ManyChat for a refund, they said no. It's pretty disappointing that this happened, and I would suggest to other users that they should check their accounts regularly if they have a card connected to the service.
Subscription nightmare
I signed up for this service and now I'm stuck in it. They keep billing me even though I've been trying to cancel. When I try to log in, it says I don't even have an account! And their customer service is a joke. It's like talking to a brick wall. All they do is send me useless help links, but I can't even access them without logging in first. It's a complete mess. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone. Zero out of ten, no doubt.
Chatbot automation tool
ManyChat makes it super easy to create chatbots with all the cool features it offers, especially for setting up automatic responses. The visual flow builder is really easy to use and lets us customize everything smoothly. And with a bunch of templates to choose from, we can whip up a chatbot that fits our needs perfectly.
Refund request processed quickly
I asked for a refund on the day I signed up, and I was so happy with how quick and easy it was. I put in my request and got my money back in just 4 hours, no problem at all. I was really impressed with how smooth the refund was and it definitely made me feel good about the customer service they offer.
Super helpful time-saving system
This system is amazing! It saves me a ton of time because I can set up messages and actions based on what I need, allowing me to multitask while the bot works its magic. It also streamlines information and helps me connect with the right people effortlessly. It's been a game-changer for me, and the guidelines are super easy to follow. Software usability and customer support
While the software idea is good, the execution is lacking. Many problems come up, like fixing one part only for another to break out of nowhere. Plus, when creating a big flow, certain sections just stop working without warning. It's frustrating and wastes time for users. Customer support has been a letdown too. I've been going back and forth with them for two weeks trying to solve an issue, but no luck. Their responses are not helpful and don't make any progress toward fixing the problem.
Shopify email count increased
I was seriously annoyed when I got charged extra for no reason! My mom's shop received all these emails from customers who didn't even come from the messenger. And you know what? ManyChat still counted them and made us pay more money! It was like four times more than usual, and when we asked for help, the support team was absolutely no help. They wouldn't even admit they made a mistake! I mean, come on, how can you treat customers that way? And don't even get me started on the lack of human contact, account management, and communication. What a disaster!
Chatbot service
After trying out ManyChat for a few weeks, I gotta say, I'm not too happy with it. Their billing practices are sketchy, man. I signed up for one price, but then they ended up charging me more without even giving me a heads-up. And when I tried to get some answers from their customer service, they were no help at all - just brushed me off. It's really annoying to deal with a company that doesn't keep it real and play fair when it comes to money stuff.
Slow support, not helpful
The support was super slow and not helpful at all. I had an issue and needed help, but all they did was send me these long articles to read. I never got a straight answer to my problem. It was so frustrating working with them.
App development improvements
I really wish the app would make sure that everyone sees the comments. It can be really frustrating when some people miss out on the content!
Basic flow for simple calculations
The flow has some serious limitations in what it can do with calculations – just very basic stuff. When I tried it out, I ran into this super frustrating problem where it would keep repeating messages and wouldn’t ask me for all the info needed to finish a calculation. It only wanted the first number and then jumped straight to the end, so I couldn’t get the job done right. Since it doesn't work so great and is badly designed, it's pretty useless for what it's supposed to do. And to top it off, the company doesn’t even bother to respond to my questions. Basically, dealing with this product has been a total waste of my time and energy because it’s a pain to figure out and use on my own.
Automated messaging platform
I had a really bad time using this software for automated messaging. It messed up my Facebook page's messaging features, and the company's lack of care and unhelpful response was super annoying. I definitely recommend not using this software.
Support ticket response time
Lately, we've been having trouble getting a response to our support ticket. We reached out for help eight days ago, but we're still waiting for a solution. This lack of communication has been really frustrating and causing delays in our business. It's super important for customer support teams to be quick and helpful when it comes to addressing customer inquiries, so they can keep everyone happy and loyal.
ManyChat platform
I was really looking forward to giving ManyChat a shot because I thought the idea was great and had a ton of potential. But I gotta say, the layout of the platform left me scratching my head a bit. One thing that really tripped me up was the "talk to a human" option in my chatbot flows. It seems like nobody's ever there, and I think it might be a default thing that's cost me some potential leads. Even with these challenges, though, I'm optimistic that as the platform grows, it'll iron out these kinks and be easier for users like me.
Subscription cancellation issue
Man, let me tell you, Manychat totally dropped the ball when it came to canceling my subscription. I did everything they told me to do, and they said I wouldn't get charged again. But guess what? A few days later, I saw the charge on my account. When I reached out to their customer service, they were no help at all. I just felt like they led me astray, you know?

Hey, I got this software for my stores and everything was going smoothly until my payment didn't go through and they turned off my pro features. I sorted out the payment issue immediately but they still haven't turned my features back on. Now I've been shelling out tons of cash for nothing. Seriously, that's not cool at all! They better fix this situation pronto!
