    I wanted to share my thoughts on the customer service software I've been using. Honestly, I've been pretty disappointed with the whole experience. Switching from my old platform was a tough choice, but it just hasn't been great so far. The service I've been getting is pretty lackluster - slow responses and not very helpful solutions to problems. The reps aren't very helpful either, taking forever to get back to me. Compared to what I had before, this new service is definitely not up to par in terms of quality and efficiency.

    Transition from Zendesk

    In 2022, we decided to switch from Zendesk to Gorgias, a more budget-friendly and tech-savvy platform. The transition went well, but we did miss some Zendesk features at first. Thankfully, the Gorgias team has been on top of updating and improving their features, making our experience even better. One big improvement we've seen is how Gorgias seamlessly integrates with Shopify compared to Zendesk. Overall, we're really happy with our choice to switch to Gorgias in 2022.

Their marketing strategies are pushy and turn me off, making me doubt the quality of their software. Plus, when I compared their software to other options, I realized it doesn't measure up. If you're looking to save money, I suggest Reamaze. But for a top-notch platform, go with Richpanel - it's more budget-friendly and superior in every way.
