Protein shake purchase
The protein shake I got from that store was really good, no complaints there. But man, dealing with their customer service was such a letdown. Whenever I tried to reach out via email or chat, it felt like I was just wasting my time because they were so slow and unresponsive. And to top it off, half the time they didn't even have what I wanted in stock online, so I had to wait forever. They really need to step up their game and make sure they have enough stuff in stock to keep their customers happy and offer more options.

Sofa bed
I gotta say, that sofa bed is comfy and tough, just like everyone was saying. But man, I wasn't ready for all the extra effort I gotta put in to keep it looking good. The back panels keep popping out all the time, and I'm always having to fix them. And don't even get me started on the smell. It was like a campfire when it first showed up, and no matter what I tried, I couldn't get rid of it. I ended up having to use baking soda and a vacuum to finally get that smell out of there. Such a pain.

Overpriced men's clothing, cheap quality, limited sizes, expensive return shipping
I was really let down by the men's clothing at that store. The prices were way too high for the low-quality stuff they had. Plus, the sizes were all messed up - everything ran too small. And when I tried to return some things, they made me pay for the shipping! And their sales? Forget about it. They never have any sizes left except small. This brand is definitely not doing too hot.

Defective product
This product has been a total nightmare since I bought it five months ago. Right from the start, it's been nothing but trouble. I was supposed to get a new charger, but it never showed up, even after they sent it multiple times. And the replacement charger didn't even fix the problem. They tried sending me a new puck, but that never made it to me either. I'm so fed up at this point, I just want to return the whole thing and get a refund.
