Oversized tote bag purchase
I just bought this huge tote bag from this store and man, it was a mess. I placed my order, got the email saying they got it, but then the bag never showed up. And when I tried to get help from customer service, all I got was "sorry" with no real help. They wouldn't give me my money back or send me another bag. So frustrating! I spent forever going back and forth between the store and UPS, and still no fix. I was totally let down by the store, they really dropped the ball.

Men's loafers, second pair
I just got my hands on a new pair of men's loafers and I'm loving them! They are super comfy and look great for any occasion, whether it's casual or dressy. I enjoyed my first pair so much that I had to get another one as a backup – that's how awesome they are! The quality is top-notch and the fact that they're made in Italy just makes them even better. I do hope they bring back the Esperto style because I'd for sure snag a couple more pairs!

I bought a top coat from this store not too long ago and man, let me tell you, it was a real letdown. They told me it would take 7-9 business days to ship, but I didn’t get it on time at all. I kept getting emails about delays and changes to the shipping date, so I finally reached out to customer service. The rep suggested I return the item and buy it again, which just didn’t make any sense to me. Dealing with this whole situation has been a real headache and I definitely wouldn’t recommend ordering from this store online.

I got this exhaust system from here and it looked awesome! The welding was top-notch, which totally added to the quality. But man, the price was a little steep for what I got. Plus, the delivery took forever, and let me tell you, that was super annoying. And to top it off, after I finally got it installed, I realized it made my ride lose some serious horsepower and it was waaay louder than I thought it'd be. Major bummer.
