Ticket/customer management system
The platform is really easy to use and it's been super helpful in keeping our customer support tickets organized. The folks who created the platform are always quick to respond and they actually listen to our feedback, which is awesome. The pricing is reasonable for everything it offers, way better than other options we've looked into before. We've been using Gorgias for a while now and we're happy with it. Can't wait to see what new features they come up with in the future!

Oversized and poor quality items
I got my order pretty quickly, but man, the stuff was way too big and really low quality. Like, one of the tops was so sheer, there was no way I could wear it. I tried to start a return, but it was a whole mess. I couldn't even find where to send stuff back, and despite emailing twice, no one's gotten back to me. Supposedly they'll reply in 24 hours, but it's been longer. I just want a return label and my money back, but I have a feeling I'm outta luck since it's probably past the 30-day return time. This whole thing has been so annoying, I don't think I'll be shopping here again.
