    Unreliable ordering system

    I had a super annoying experience with ordering from OpenSky recently. I ordered twice, but both times they canceled my order without even telling me why. I tried reaching out to customer service for some answers, but no one got back to me. The items I wanted are still up on their site, which just makes things even more confusing and frustrating. It's like OpenSky just wants to get your info and spam your inbox. If you're thinking about using OpenSky, I'd say be careful and get ready for possible letdowns.

    Dress and blouse

    Avoid this company at all costs. I bought a dress and blouse for $200, but they didn't fit well and looked terrible on me. I returned them, expecting a $200 refund, but only got back $180. When I asked why, they told me I would be charged $15 for shipping and $5 for the return since my total was now $0. It's totally misleading. They promise free shipping for orders over $100 and $5 returns, but that's not how it actually works. Don't waste your time or money with this company.

    Faulty wetsuit return

    So, my wetsuit ended up being defective, and I wanted to return it. But, there wasn't a good way to send it back nearby, which made the whole process a hassle. I called customer service, and they gave me a form to fill out for the return. It's been more than a month since I mailed it back, and I still haven't heard anything. I've reached out multiple times, but all they keep saying is to use the returns portal, even though I can't get in. I'm worried that I might end up getting the wetsuit back and having to send it out again, costing me £25 every time. It's been since October, and I'm out over £200 with no solution in sight. The lack of concern from customer service has been really disappointing, especially since I usually like their products. But the way they've handled this situation has been a real letdown.

    I recently bought plane tickets for a family vacation and I was so pumped! The website was a breeze to navigate and the prices were super reasonable. I had a couple of questions about luggage rules and the customer service folks were awesome and really nice. They even hooked me up with the perfect flights based on my budget and what I like. Booking was a piece of cake and I got my e-tickets in no time. All in all, my experience with Globehunters was awesome and I'll definitely be using them again for my next adventure!

    Long wait time

    I've been waiting on hold for what feels like an eternity and it's driving me crazy! How can a company this big not have a decent customer service setup? If someone doesn't pick up soon, I swear I'm gonna close my account and be done with them. Finally, someone answers and then they hang up on me! They just lost a customer for good and I'm warning everyone to steer clear of this disaster.

    Sheets with awful smell

    I bought some sheets from HSN recently and man, was I bummed out. These sheets showed up with this funky smell that I just couldn't get rid of no matter what I tried. I got in touch with customer service and they agreed to waive the return fee, but that didn't make up for the fact that the product was a letdown. Then, when I tried to leave a review to warn others about the sheets, I found out that HSN doesn't let folks who use "guest checkout" leave reviews. That means all the reviews on their site are only from people who are regulars, which gives a totally skewed and dishonest view of their products. It feels like HSN is playing games and trying to pull one over on us, and I'm pretty ticked off about their lack of honesty.

    A+ examination part 1

    I just took the first part of the A+ exam, but I didn't quite make the passing grade. Even though I tried to study on my own over the summer, I just couldn't get to where I needed to be. Now that school's starting again, I didn't want to risk getting overwhelmed with trying to balance schoolwork and preparing for the A+ certification. So, for now, I'm planning to go back over my study materials and focus on my classes. I'm thinking I'll jump back into prepping for the A+ exam after I graduate. But I gotta say, practicing with the drills and tests I bought has really boosted my confidence for the retake.

    The bralettes are adorable and really comfy. They come in the best colors I just adore. I feel so confident when I wear them! I do wish they would bring back the adaptive cami and cotton logo hipsters though - those were super cool. Thanks!

    12 years of program use

    I've been using this program for 12 years now, and I've had to buy three different licenses because after 2-3 years, it starts crashing. No matter how many times I uninstall and reinstall, input the license number, it keeps saying it's wrong. At first, I thought I was doing something wrong, but reaching out to the support team was useless as no one responded. In my opinion, they should be held accountable for their faulty product. I've switched to a free program called INFRAVIEW and will gladly donate the money asked by the other company to its producer.

    Air Force sneakers in unique color

    I got these cool sneakers in a one-of-a-kind color for my boyfriend that I couldn't find anywhere else. I ordered them over the weekend and was super happy when they showed up on Tuesday afternoon, just three days later, in perfect condition. Even though I saw some bad reviews, my experience with ordering and getting the shoes was totally smooth.

    My trip to the store recently was awesome! The people working there really knew their stuff, especially when it came to picking out fragrances and skincare products. The guy who helped us with scents was super knowledgeable, it was really cool. Justine, who showed us hand washes and balms, totally got what we were looking for and even helped my husband with beard care stuff.     Chronic pancreatitis and overweight dog food

    My 13-year-old dog, Pebbles, was dealing with some serious health issues like chronic pancreatitis and being overweight. I tried out a few different dog food brands but nothing seemed to work until I found this one online. I decided to give it a shot and boy am I glad I did. The difference it made for Pebbles was amazing. She's not throwing up all the time anymore and has way more energy for an older pup. The ingredients are clear and the tips on the blog were super helpful. Splitting her meals into four smaller portions like they suggested really made a big difference in her digestion and overall health. I'm really happy with how she's doing now and I definitely recommend this brand to any pet owners going through similar struggles.
