    Polos for Father's Day

    My dealings with this company have been a total nightmare. My wife got a couple of polos for Father's Day, but they ended up sending the wrong stuff. We tried emailing them multiple times to fix the mix-up, but we haven't heard back from their customer service team at all. On top of that, they gave us a return label for items we didn't even get in the first place. Dealing with this company has been super frustrating and disappointing, I'd recommend other folks to go somewhere else for their shopping needs.

    CBD for stress and anxiety relief

    CBD has seriously been a godsend for my stress and anxiety. As someone with Autism, I've had a tough time keeping my stress and anxieties in check, which sometimes messed with my speech and overall mental health. But when I gave CBD a shot on my sister's suggestion before her wedding, it made a big difference. I found that I could stay cool and collected in stressful situations way better.     I just got a custom picture from this place, and I was bummed when I saw that the date was all messed up. Instead of the right year, it was way off in the future. It was totally my bad, I entered the wrong year when I ordered it. But the customer service folks were awesome when I reached out to them. They fixed it super quick with no problem at all, and I only had to cover the cost of shipping for the fixed picture. I'm really grateful for their help. Thanks a bunch!

    Hard-to-use platform

    Volusion is such a pain to get around. It's all clunky and confusing, and the bugs just make it even worse. Every time they add a new feature, it seems like the next update just messes it up. And instead of fixing it, they just leave it broken. Even simple stuff that's easy on other eCommerce sites turns into a total headache on Volusion. Like trying to resize images or add new ones - it shouldn't be so hard. But hey, I heard the original founders are back at Volusion now, so maybe things will start looking up.

    White gold chain purchase

    My experience with this company was really a letdown. When I got my order, I was surprised to see that the white gold chain I ordered was actually yellow gold. I specifically wanted white gold to go with a pendant I already had, so this mistake was really frustrating. The quality of the jewelry wasn't great either - it was supposed to be fine and delicate, but it looked cheaply made, especially considering the price. When I reached out to customer service, they told me they don't do exchanges or returns for international purchases, which was disappointing and didn't show much concern for customer satisfaction. Overall, a very disappointing experience that I wouldn't recommend to others.

    I was pretty pumped to give this CRM software a shot since a friend highly recommended it. But, gotta say, my experience wasn't all that great. The software did have some cool features, but they didn't always work like they should. And all those updates just made things even more confusing, making it tough to figure out how to use the system. We ended up bringing in a trainer to help us out, which did make a difference, but it was an unexpected cost for us. Having to constantly relearn how to use the software due to all the changes ate up a ton of our time. In the end, the high cost and all the bugs in the system just didn't make it worth the investment.

    I just ordered something and I was bummed to hear that the post office is sending it back because of an incomplete address.     Subscription payment issue

    The customer service at this company really needs some work. I recently paused my subscription, but they still charged my account. When I emailed them about it, they said they'd give some of the money back, but I wasn't happy with that. They also said they got an empty email from me, which wasn't true. It seems like they're not organized and can't communicate well when it comes to helping customers. Plus, when I tried to delete my card details to avoid more charges, I got a message saying I couldn't remove the main payment method, which is a big problem. Customers should be able to manage their payments easily. Overall, dealing with their customer service has been a real letdown and pretty frustrating.

    Flying toys collection

    I love the flying toys collection so much! The designs are amazing, especially the Marvel and Disney ones. I already have 5 Marvel toys and 2 Disney ones, and they all work really well. The delivery was good, but one of the toys came broken. Thankfully, they replaced it without any problem. Overall, I'm really happy with my purchase.

    I was kinda unsure about ordering those face shields because of some bad things I read about customer service, but I figured I'd go for it.     I just bought a GhostBed Mattress and man, was I let down by their customer service! So, get this - I set up my new mattress and then I get an email from some other store selling the same GhostBed for half the price of what I paid, even though I thought I was getting a killer 50% off deal. So I reached out to customer service to ask about it and all they said was they don't do price matches. Seriously? No effort to make it right or anything. Definitely left me feeling pretty bummed out about the whole situation.

    I just bought a toolset online and got the wrong sockets in the set. Even though I double-checked the number of items when I got the package, I found out that there were extra sockets in some sizes and missing ones in others.     I just bought a top and shorts from this store, and I love them! They fit great and feel super comfy. The quality is top-notch. Even though I'm in the UK, I got my order pretty quickly.     I just booked a Villa for me and four friends, but when I called the owner, they didn't know about my reservation. I tried contacting customer service a bunch of times, but they weren't very helpful and just ended up giving me a refund.     I recently bought something from this company, and honestly, it wasn't a great experience. I wanted to trade in my old bag and get a used one from them. But when I sent in my old bag, they wouldn't take it. I get that it's their choice, but it would have been nice if they had let me know about the return shipping. And the used bag I bought was charged to my credit card, but it's been stuck in a "in progress" status with no idea of when I'll actually get it. I tried calling customer service and chatting with their chatbot, but it was a dead end. They hung up on me and the chatbot wasn't helpful at all. I've even sent two emails and still haven't heard back. I'm getting to the point where I might have to dispute the charge with my credit card company. This whole thing has been a nightmare and I won't be coming back as a customer.
