    Leo Venice Sito for Aerox sa14

    I recently bought a Leo Venice exhaust for my Aerox sa14 from this shop and I have to say, I'm really happy with how everything turned out. The parts I got - like rollers, springs, gaskets, holders, and screws - were all top-notch quality and exactly what I needed for my scooter. The only small issue I had was with the Z holder for the water pump, which could have had a longer slot, but it wasn't a big deal. Overall, I was really impressed with the selection and quality of the products at this store. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for scooter parts.

    Kolbensatz purchase

    I ain't got no complaints. I ordered a Kolbensatz and it showed up right on time in just two days. It was something that Scooter-Attack don't actually make, they just sell it, but I still gotta give it 5 stars. I always tell folks to be nice when dealing with customer service and to be understanding when things go wrong. Just keep communicating, whether you're talking or writing, as long as both parties can understand what's going on. That way, everyone can reach their goals more effectively and avoid unnecessary stress.

    Quick order processing and fast delivery

    I gotta say, I was actually pretty happy with how fast my order got processed and shipped. I placed it on Tuesday morning and boom, same day shipment. Got the package the next day, on Wednesday. I even thought some specialized parts might take longer to get, but nope, they were good to go. Don't know what those other reviews were talking about with slow delivery because my experience was fast. Super happy with the service and definitely gonna keep coming back for more.

    Replacement parts for Piaggio Quartz 50

    I've bought parts for my scooter several times at this shop. I use PayPal to pay and they always ship really quickly. The prices are good compared to the quality, and I think it's important to support local businesses instead of just going to Amazon. I went to the shop in Saarbrücken two times this week and a really friendly staff person helped me out. The exhaust and starter relay that I got fit perfectly. Now, I'm definitely a loyal customer.

    Long wait for order

    I've been waiting forever for my order, honestly. It's been like 3 1/2 weeks already. At first, I waited around 2 1/2 weeks without hearing anything about it being delayed. The website said everything was in stock, so it's frustrating not knowing what's going on. I'm pretty disappointed about the lack of communication and transparency. I don't think I'll be buying from this company ever again.

    I just had a terrible experience with this company. They wouldn't take my return, so I had to ship it back on my own dime. Can you believe that? Their customer service is so disappointing.     Recent multiple purchases for 2 scooters

    I don't get the reviews on here, man! I've bought two scooters recently and it's been smooth sailing all the way. Customer service, returns, and shipping have all been outstanding. I ordered at 4pm, paid through Paypal, and had a DHL tracking number in my inbox by 6pm. Never waited more than 3 days! Phone support is awesome, always a smart person on the line right away. Emails are replied to super quick. Just top-notch! Keep it up!

    I was really surprised at how fast my recent order was delivered. They said it could take up to 14 days, but I got it in just 4 days.     Three orders with issues

    I ordered from Scooter-Attack three times and every time, there was a problem. The first time, I got a padlock that was so hard to open, but thankfully I figured it out before getting stuck. The second time, the connector on a fuel filter broke when I tried to put the rubber hose on. And the third time, I got a wire instead of the spark plug I ordered. I had to send back the wrong items each time and wait for the right ones. Dealing with these problems over and over again is really annoying.

    I had a pretty bad experience with this online store's customer support recently. I emailed them to ask about which spark plug I should use for my scooter, expecting a response within 24 hours like they promised on their website. But after 15 days passed with no reply, I decided to follow up on my original email. Instead of getting the help I needed, I was actually scolded for sending multiple emails before they had a chance to respond, and they told me that emails sent on weekends or holidays wouldn't be looked at until a weekday. I originally emailed them on a regular workday (Monday) and still haven't gotten an answer to my spark plug question. Now they're saying it'll take around 72 hours to process my query.

    I'm really disappointed with the recent purchase I made from Scooter-Attack. I bought a 70ccm cylinder, paid through Paypal, but ended up getting a damaged 50ccm cylinder in a used package. The lack of quality control and attention to detail is just not okay, and it's obvious there was a big mistake in fulfilling my order. On top of that, I couldn't get ahold of anyone in customer support to help with the issue, which made me even more frustrated and disappointed. Overall, this whole experience has been really bad and I'm not happy with the service from Scooter-Attack.

    Damaged item refund

    I wanted to share my recent experience with Scooter-Attack. I got a damaged item and had to ask for a refund. It took some time, but they eventually gave me my money back, which is good. However, they really need to work on communication. On the bright side, they do deliver stuff quickly and are willing to refund faulty products, even if it's a bit slow.

    I bought something from this place not too long ago, but they sent me the wrong thing. So, I had to go through the whole return process and ask for my money back. The customer service folks said I'd get my refund in a few days, but that didn't happen. After bugging them a bunch of times, I had to open a dispute with PayPal to finally get my cash back. It took like 2-3 months from sending the wrong item back to actually getting my money back. It was definitely not a fun time.

    My most recent purchase from Scooter Attack didn't go as smoothly as I expected. I've usually been happy with their service in the past, but this time there were some problems. I know Covid-19 has messed things up with the supply chain, but it was still annoying to deal with delays and problems with my order. However, I have to give props to the customer service team for being quick to respond and help with my questions. Even though it wasn't the best situation, I'm grateful for their efforts in fixing the issues.

    Highly recommended shop, fast shipping, competitive pricing, good quality

    I really recommend Scooter Attack. It's a bummer they don't offer cash on delivery anymore, but I get it. The delivery through DHL is super quick. Also, their prices are lower than other scooter parts stores and the quality is still good.
