Kolbensatz purchase
I ain't got no complaints. I ordered a Kolbensatz and it showed up right on time in just two days. It was something that Scooter-Attack don't actually make, they just sell it, but I still gotta give it 5 stars. I always tell folks to be nice when dealing with customer service and to be understanding when things go wrong. Just keep communicating, whether you're talking or writing, as long as both parties can understand what's going on. That way, everyone can reach their goals more effectively and avoid unnecessary stress.
Membrane block
The online store is pretty cool and everything runs smoothly, they email back super quick. But man, when my membrane block started peeling and my plates got messed up after only 500km, the company just didn't seem to care at all. Can you believe that? So disappointing. I'm definitely gonna find somewhere else to shop from now on.
Missing item in order
I ordered 3 things from Scooter-Attack not long ago, but when my delivery arrived, it only had 2 of the items inside. It was totally the seller's fault, but they weren't willing to send the missing item without me paying for shipping all over again. They straight up told me to reorder it myself, which I think is totally not cool for customer service.
