    Useless app, annoying to cancel

    This app is just awful, doesn't even work right, and it's so easy to find your way around it. Plus, they have this VPN thing that just screws everything up. Trying to cancel is such a pain, you have to deal with Sales and it's such a hassle. They try to tell you it's for your own good, but it's all a bunch of nonsense. I mean, who does that nowadays, seriously?

    Two sweaters from a BOGO sale

    I just bought two sweaters from their buy-one-get-one sale, and one of them was really nice. But the other one I got was totally different from what I picked out. It was some random sweater that I definitely didn't choose. I was pretty upset about it because I was expecting to get what I actually paid for.

    This company's customer service is the best, hands down. I've been a customer for over three years, and they've never let me down. The staff is not only great at what they do but also super friendly, nice, and know their stuff. They make you feel like family and always go the extra mile to make sure you're happy with what you bought. I've never had service this awesome from any other company. I totally recommend them to anyone looking for incontinence products.

    Recent purchase - Damaged product, return process, customer service experience

    My recent store visit totally bummed me out. I bought something that was messed up when it got to me, so I had to return it. Not cool, right? And get this, they charged me 6 bucks just to send it back! That's not right, especially since the item was already messed up. So, I didn't give up and tried ordering something else, but guess what? It was messed up too! Ugh. So, I reached out to customer service for help, but no luck there. The person I talked to wouldn't deal with my issues and wouldn't let me talk to a boss when I asked. They gave me some lame excuses. It's pretty disappointing to get such bad service from a famous brand.

    Tripod and bag purchase

    I recently got this really cool tripod and bag to haul around all my camera stuff. The tripod is seriously amazing and the bag fits my camera, lenses, and laptop perfectly. The shoulder strap on the bag could use some improving, but hey, at least it looks cool. The dividers inside the bag are a bit weird though.

    Bill negotiation service

    My time with Billshark left me feeling pretty let down. I was thinking that if I could handle my own bill negotiations, I wouldn't need to fork over cash for their help. Turns out, even if I scored a better deal on my own, I still had to shell out money to them. I thought that was a pretty unfair and annoying policy. I even tried reaching out to the BBB for assistance, but unfortunately didn't get a good resolution.

    Gorgeous necklace purchase

    I gotta say, ordering from this jewelry store was way easier than I expected. Their website was super easy to use, and I found the perfect necklace in no time. Placing my order was a piece of cake, and I was happy to get a confirmation email right after. My package came pretty quickly and was wrapped up really well, keeping my new necklace safe. Only downside was the box had a little damage on the bottom, which was a bit of a bummer. But, despite that, I was happy with my shopping experience overall at this store.
