I really love shopping online at this store, it's such a great experience. The website is super easy to use and helps me find exactly what I'm looking for. Everything I've bought has been just like they said it would be and it always arrives on time, sometimes even early! Plus, they have awesome sales and cashback offers that make me want to shop here even more.

Recliner set purchase
We had a really good time in the store! The folks working there were super nice and showed us a bunch of recliner sets to pick from, plus helped us choose a fabric that matched. However, we got kinda bummed because the delivery took a lot longer than expected. At first, they said it would only be 4-6 weeks, but it ended up being over 3 months without anyone letting us know ahead of time. When we finally reached out, they gave us a new delivery date that they missed too. We were pretty disappointed by the lack of follow-up and communication, and it made us wish we hadn't bought from that store.

Birth control ring purchase
I had a really bad experience when I ordered a birth control ring from this company. They sent two extra items that I didn't want, and even after I tried to get in touch with them multiple times to take the extra items off my order, they never got back to me. It's super annoying when a company doesn't pay attention to what their customers want.

Tire Purchase
My mom and I went to this place to get some new tires. We noticed they offer a card for repairs with no interest, so we thought that was pretty cool. But the annoying part is that they only accept payment through a debit card or checking account. There have been times when we forget and then we can't pay unless we go into the red with our checking account. It would be great if they let us pay however we want, don't you think? And getting to speak with a real person is nearly impossible. The automated system always leads you to the payment option, and it took me five attempts today just to reach a person. Ugh, we might have to start looking for another place for our car needs.

Kolbensatz purchase
I ain't got no complaints. I ordered a Kolbensatz and it showed up right on time in just two days. It was something that Scooter-Attack don't actually make, they just sell it, but I still gotta give it 5 stars. I always tell folks to be nice when dealing with customer service and to be understanding when things go wrong. Just keep communicating, whether you're talking or writing, as long as both parties can understand what's going on. That way, everyone can reach their goals more effectively and avoid unnecessary stress.

Bulb Basket Christmas Gift
I bought a bulb basket as a Christmas gift in early December, hoping it would get to me by 12/11-12 before the person I was gifting it to went on their holiday travels. Unfortunately, Wind and Weather kept pushing back the shipment, which was frustrating and disappointing. When I reached out to customer service, I only got vague answers about why there was a delay and no clear timeline for when it would actually ship. This lack of communication and unreliable information makes me think poorly of their customer service. Because of all this, the gift didn't make it to the intended recipient on time, and it made me feel pretty disappointed with the whole shopping experience. Wind and Weather's lack of organization and concern for keeping customers happy has made me decide not to buy from them again in the future.

Bathing suit purchase
My experience was really great because the customer service was outstanding! It was my first time ordering, and I got a bathing suit that came quickly and was really nice. But I'm pretty short, only 5 feet tall, and wear a size small, so the bathing suit was a little too long for me. But no worries - returning it was super easy. The customer service people were quick to respond and gave clear instructions. They sent me a return label right away so I could send the bathing suit back.

I would recommend ubackdrop for your event needs. I order a set of chiara walls, they are easy to install and take anywhere to my customer's house. Be sure to order early, it takes about 2 weeks for my order to arrive.

Called me within 2-3 days of placing order to confirm my address and it shipped a few days later. Once it shipped, it came in 4 days. So from order to receiving it took 12 days. I had to order more heartworm protection to go with the flea and tick medication I had for my dog because I moved and the new vet wanted to prescribe new medication. I wanted to use up the existing medication I had. So all in all, it worked out!

One BE KIND mask
I figured I’d start with something small, then if I was happy with the item I’d order more things. I got a notice that the shipping label was created but it was never delivered for shipment. It’s been a week now and still hasn’t been picked up by the USPS for shipping. I sent the happy givers a note a couple days ago about the status and haven’t received a response. Lesson learned.
Did this ever get resolved?
