Ill-fitting dress
I bought a dress from this company not too long ago, but it didn't fit right at all. Even though I followed the size chart on their website, the dress ended up being way too small and I couldn't even zip it up in the back. I reached out to customer service right away to ask for a return, like they said in their policy, but they wouldn't do it. Instead, they told me to take the dress to a tailor to get it altered. The dress was 6 inches apart in the opening, which no tailor could fix without changing the design completely. I was really let down by how the company handled everything.

Leo Venice Sito for Aerox sa14
I recently bought a Leo Venice exhaust for my Aerox sa14 from this shop and I have to say, I'm really happy with how everything turned out. The parts I got - like rollers, springs, gaskets, holders, and screws - were all top-notch quality and exactly what I needed for my scooter. The only small issue I had was with the Z holder for the water pump, which could have had a longer slot, but it wasn't a big deal. Overall, I was really impressed with the selection and quality of the products at this store. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for scooter parts.
