Bracket return delay
I'm really frustrated with the customer service I've gotten from this company. I've been trying to return my bracket for a month now, but every time I email them, I get no answer. It's just not right that they're not talking to me. I might have to go to my bank and file a claim if they don't fix this fast.

I was drawn in by the really good prices and thought I'd give it a shot even though the return period was only 5 days. I bought two vape pen batteries of the same brand. It turned out, both batteries had problems - the first one was messed up from the start and died completely after just a few days, and the second one worked fine at first but also died within the first week and a half. I was pretty bummed out by how the products ended up being such poor quality.
