Incorrect order, frustrating customer service, unsuccessful resolution
My experience with Discount Vape Pen was really awful. They totally messed up my order, sending me a cheaper version of what I actually bought. I tried reaching out 15 times through email to fix it, but their customer service was not helpful at all - just a lot of back and forth. Dealing with their mistake was such a pain, and in the end, I never even got the right item I originally ordered, which was also the most expensive part. I was just really disappointed and frustrated with the whole thing, and now I'm left without the product I actually paid for.
Cartisan 1300 mAh vape pen
I bought a Cartisan 1300 mAh vape pen from Discount Vape Pen back on June 20th. But after using it for less than 5 months, the charging port got all wonky and would only work sometimes. So I contacted Discount Vape Pen and they said the manufacturer might have a 90-day warranty, but they don't offer any warranty themselves. I paid 20 bucks for this thing, so I was hoping for better quality and customer service, you know?
Tombstone Battery
So, I recently bought a tombstone battery from this place, and let me tell you, it was a total letdown. The thing was completely dead when it showed up, like seriously, what a waste. I tried everything - different chargers, different outlets - but nothing worked to bring that thing back to life. And when I reached out to customer service for help, all they did was ask if I tried a cartridge. Of course I did! It's a battery problem, not a cartridge problem. I was so annoyed that I just gave up on getting a replacement and decided to find a better local store instead. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this place.
Vape pen and e-juice
I recently bought a vape pen and some e-juice from this shop, hoping for a good deal. But, my experience was not great. To start, they kept sending me emails to join their mailing list for coupons, but the coupons were always the same and pointless. I felt frustrated and like it was a waste of my time. When I contacted their customer service about a defective item I got, they weren't helpful or caring. It was obvious they didn't want to fix my problem or hear what I had to say. In the end, I felt like I wasted my money and time on this purchase. I won't be shopping here again.
5 chargers & 12 batteries
I bought some stuff from this store thinking it was a good deal, but turns out they sold me old batteries that had been sitting around for years. The pens would run out of juice super fast, taking forever to charge and only lasting for one use. The chargers were terrible, too, which made it even more confusing. It took me weeks to figure out what was wrong, and it's been causing me a ton of stress and frustration. That company sold me junk and I'm really disappointed.
Yocan Uni Pro Plus purchase
I just picked up the Yocan Uni Pro Plus and it was such a good deal. This vape is pretty much the same as the Uni Pro 1, but it's got a 900 battery that gives a solid hit and lasts a good while. I'm super satisfied with my purchase, shoutout to Discount Vape Pen!
Two vape pens
I just bought a couple of vape pens from Discount Vape Pen and ran into a problem with one of them. The customer service team made it easy to report the issue, and they got back to me quickly with the right solution. As we were sorting out the first problem, the second pen had its own issue. But the customer service I got was amazing, and they fixed both problems super fast. Huge thanks to Mark from Customer Service for being so helpful and patient every step of the way.
Coil purchase
I am shocked at how unprofessional this company treated me. I have been a loyal customer, always buying coils from them. But when I got a defective box and reached out to fix the problem, the owner's reply was to say I should sue him. Can you believe that? Instead of trying to fix it, he talked about legal action. I was also thinking about getting empty tanks for a different device, but now I don't want to give my business to a company that treats customers like this. It's really disappointing to see such disrespect and lack of professionalism.
Empty pods and hulk tears juice
I recently ordered some empty pods from DV, and to my surprise, they were totally empty. Then, I also tried out this hulk tears juice, which honestly tasted pretty gross. I tried reaching out to them for a refund since I have some health problems, but they didn't show any concern whatsoever. Discount Vape Pen is seriously the worst.
Vape pen batteries purchase
I was drawn in by the really good prices and thought I'd give it a shot even though the return period was only 5 days. I bought two vape pen batteries of the same brand. It turned out, both batteries had problems - the first one was messed up from the start and died completely after just a few days, and the second one worked fine at first but also died within the first week and a half. I was pretty bummed out by how the products ended up being such poor quality.
Vape pen and accessories
I wasn't happy with my experience as a customer at Discount Vape Pen. First off, I ordered a product that turned out to be out of stock, and had to go through an annoying back-and-forth via email to fix that. Then, I paid extra for fast 1-3 day shipping, but it took 5 days for my order to show up, which was a hassle. To top it off, the site suggested I buy a power cord that didn't even work with my device, so I had to deal with more frustration and send it back. When I asked for a refund or store credit for the shipping delay, all I got was basically "too bad, estimates are estimates." It left me feeling pretty let down with how they handled things.
Yocan Vane Vaporizer
I bought the Yocan Vane Vaporizer from this company and I'm super happy with it. The price was awesome, way less than regular retail, and with the free shipping and 12% coupon, I got a sweet deal. The ordering part was a little tricky with the birthday verification, but once I got that sorted out, everything went smoothly. I got emails confirming my order and tracking info right away, and my package showed up in just three days. The vape works great and was mostly charged when I unwrapped it. All in all, a really solid transaction!
Vessel battery purchase
I bought a Vessel battery from this company, but I was really let down by the product and their customer service. The battery just wouldn't work, even though I charged it exactly how they told me to. When I contacted Discount Vape Pen for help, all they did was send me a video on how to fix it on my own. I tried following the steps in the video, but the battery still wouldn't cooperate. And then, they just stopped responding to me altogether, leaving me stuck with a broken product and no way to fix it.
Vape stuff
So hey, the customer service at this place is a little iffy. They didn't hit me back or send me a receipt for a while, but after 9 days, my order showed up. If it feels like they left you hanging, just be patient. I was really doubting my vape stuff purchase, but now that it's here, I'm good with it. If you expect a bad experience, you'll probably have one. But if you're positive and believe you'll get good stuff, you will, man.
Menthol vape purchase
I really like buying my menthol vapes from this place because they always show up on time and I never have to stress about my order not arriving. I've been ordering every month for the last 6 months and it's always been awesome. The only bummer is that it looks like the menthol Vuse is out of stock right now and it's got me totally stressed! I gotta figure out where to get them ASAP. In general, Discount Vape Pen has been super trustworthy for me and I'm so excited to order from them again.
