I worked for weeks getting the free version of this service all set up, just to find out that it doesn't even send abandoned cart emails. It only sends emails to people who are already subscribed, so what's the point in trying to get new customers? And don't even get me started on the pricing - it's way too expensive compared to other choices out there.

I wasn't sure about getting snack boxes online at first, but when my husband's company sent us one to try, I was surprised by how fresh and tasty the snacks were. They were really different from the big brands you find in stores, especially the Jalapeño lentil loops, they were amazing. I ended up signing up for a few months but had to cancel recently for personal reasons. Luckily, cancelling was easy thanks to their super friendly online rep who helped me out without any pressure. Genetic testing kit
I gotta say, getting that genetic testing kit was pretty cool. I went for it and I'm glad I did. It was easy, even though it took a while to get my results, but it was worth it. I already had a rare disease diagnosis, so it was a shock to find out about a different subtype under the same category. It helped explain why I was dealing with other health problems too. And the marketplace where you can decide what to do with your results is a nice bonus.

Clip on pony tail
I ordered a clip on ponytail about a month ago and it still hasn't shown up. I've been trying to reach out to customer service through Paypal but haven't heard anything back. It looks like I'm not the only one dealing with this, I've seen other people sharing similar complaints in reviews. On top of that, they're only offering 30% of the purchase price back for returns or missing deliveries, which totally feels like a scam. They even gave me two tracking numbers but turned out both were fake. And let's not forget - the quality of the hairpieces is definitely not what they show on their website. Definitely would not recommend buying from them.

Account Hacked
My husband's account got hacked and whoever did it was using it to watch stuff in Portuguese, which is really annoying. He reached out to customer service for help but they were totally useless. They were so rude and unprofessional, basically accusing him of being the hacker. Thankfully, he was able to cancel the payment through a different method. Ugh, the customer service was just terrible. Honestly, just switch over to a better streaming service like crunchyroll.

LEGO minifigures purchase
I scored a bunch of really cool Lego minifigures because they have a ton of options, good prices, and everything was in stock. The package came all the way from Europe, but it was packed really well and got here super fast. Each minifig was in its own bag and they even checked off every item so I knew nothing was missing. And get this, they had a stamp with the person's name who packed my order - so awesome! I totally recommend this shop for all things Lego minifigs.

Oh my gosh, I was a little nervous about the size and material of the dress, but it ended up being really awesome! Just like they said it would be. The only downside was the delivery cost was kinda high, but I’m in the UK and it came earlier than I expected so not too shabby. Thanks, I’ll definitely shop here again!

My recent experience
The recent changes they made to the site are not working for me at all. It keeps liking stuff randomly and saying it's from me. Plus, when I search, it's ignoring my setting for only showing matches within 15 miles and is giving me matches from all over the place. I tried to cancel my subscription, but now it looks like I'm stuck for another 6 months because of some sneaky auto-renewal thing. The quality of the site has gone way down, and not letting people cancel is just a big rip-off in my book.

Online dating disappointment
My time with online dating on this site has honestly been a letdown. I came across so many fake profiles and catfishers, making it tough to find real folks. Stay in Fort Lauderdale
The place I booked in Fort Lauderdale was super loud. They even had ear plugs and a noise machine in the room, so you know they were expecting it to be noisy. There were trains passing by and parties nearby that just wouldn't quit - especially that loud train at 3 AM. Plus, the pool area had no rules being enforced - people were walking around with glass cups and smoking weed, talk about gross. The whole place just reeked. And don't even get me started on the crazy parking fees, way too expensive. I had a terrible time and definitely won't stay there again.

Video editing software purchase
I'm really happy with the video editing software I bought. It's user-friendly and has a lot of templates that go well with my projects. It has all the features I need to make great videos. One thing I'd suggest is adding a second line for videos and photos to make editing even better. But overall, I'm really satisfied with the software and want to thank the developers for making such a helpful tool.
