I tried to upgrade because I need the paid plan to send client emails — urgent for my small business — but the site kept failing. Multiple tries over a week, Pricing page wouldn't load, checkout dead. Support was slow and unhelpful. Annoying and I'm losing leads. Weirdly, a confirmation email showed up later, so something works.

I recently had a really frustrating thing happen with my account getting randomly stopped right in the middle of an important campaign. It messed up all my marketing plans and could've even cost me some money for my business. The company sneaks in their logo with a link to their website in your emails without even asking. That's just not cool, it's not right. I'm really not happy about this.

The French localization is a total mess - it's all in Morse code! It's so annoying and confusing, like they want us to waste time decoding instead of getting stuff done. But besides that, the plugin works fine.
