eJuice purchase
My experience buying from eJuice.Deals was really disappointing. I bought some eJuice on June 11, 2021, spent about $80, and paid an extra $14 for faster shipping with USPS. Supposed to arrive in 2-3 days, but it took almost a week. When the status said it was delivered, I was confused because I didn't get anything. Customer service said someone named M Luna signed for it, but I don't know anyone by that name. They didn't really help beyond saying it was delivered. It was a frustrating and unsatisfying experience.

Long-term user, upgraded from Premium to Business
I've been using this platform for a couple of years now. I started off with the Forever Free account and ended up upgrading to Business. The team that works on the platform is always making updates to make it faster to create videos and improve the quality. The Stories feature they added recently has really changed the game for me. I definitely suggest starting with the Forever Free account and then moving up as you need more.

The team figured out the problem right away and sent me the replacement parts I needed to get my device back in working order. It's rare to find a company these days that actually cares about their customers like Smart Nora does. I can't recommend them enough for their top-notch products and amazing customer service.

Yoga mat and mat towels purchase
I had a really good experience with the customer service at this store. The people helping me were quick and nice in their responses, which made ordering stuff super easy. The only problem I had was that some items were shown as available when I bought them, but then I got an email saying they were actually out of stock. It was a little annoying, but didn't ruin everything.
The prices on the mat towels seemed a bit high to me. But I still gave a good rating because the products are top-notch, especially the Pro-lite mat that comes with a lifetime guarantee. At first, the mat was slippery when wet, but using the mat towel really helped grip. The carry strap they included was also really handy, making it easy to carry other things too.

Website renewal payment issue
Just like y'all, I had a really bad time with the customer service on this website. It was super hard to reach them through email. And on top of that, I got a payment renewal taken from my PayPal account without my permission, and I haven't gotten any answers or fixes from them or Squareup International. What's really getting to me is that even though they took my payment, I can't even get into my website and they told me to start all over with a new one. My suggestion? Steer clear of this website at all costs.
