I've had a free blog on this site for years, but suddenly I can't log in anymore! I've been trying to reach out for help, but it's been really frustrating. I have lots of important things saved there that I can't even get to now. The customer service is just not up to par, I wouldn't recommend using this site at the moment.
Multilanguage upgrade payment issue
I ran into this annoying problem when I was trying to upgrade to the multilanguage feature on this platform. I tried everything - turning off my VPN, disabling my adblockers, you name it. But for some reason, I just couldn't make the payment go through. I waited for like, 10 minutes, but PayPal just wouldn't load. And when I tried using my UK Barclaycard for the credit card option, it kept getting rejected. I was starting to feel pretty desperate, and I even thought about using Bitcoin as a last-ditch effort. It's so frustrating to come up against all these roadblocks when all I wanted to do was upgrade a simple service.
Reseller program inquiry
I reached out to customer service back in early April to ask about their reseller program. I waited for weeks and heard nothing back, even after sending emails and trying to get in touch via Twitter. Finally, they replied with a short and not-so-sweet message saying the reseller program is full. Can you believe that? It took them almost a month just to tell me that. It was so frustrating and felt like a complete waste of my time. If you've got something important that needs to be addressed, I wouldn't bother trying to contact them.
Website lockout issue
This company's customer service is just terrible. I've been locked out of my website for over 10 days now and can't get any answers or help. Trying to contact their customer service is like looking for a needle in a haystack - impossible. I've sent so many emails and made multiple phone calls, but nothing. It's so frustrating and not okay. I'm definitely not going to recommend this company to anyone.
Website hosting purchase
I just bought some website hosting because I was having problems with my old provider. I wanted a basic website with a few pages, nothing fancy like selling stuff online. I'm into art and design, so I like showing off my work in a nice way. I've used Weebly before, so I thought I'd use them again for my new hosting. But, I'm not too happy with how things are going.
Account cancellation struggle
I had a really bad time trying to cancel my account with this company. I got charged for an account I already closed and when I tried to cancel it, it was a nightmare. They sent me to a different platform that couldn't find my account info, and even when I tried to dispute the charges with my bank, they said no. It was just super frustrating and made me feel like they weren't listening to me at all.
Website builder subscription
I used to really like this website builder and stuck with it because it was cheap and good quality. But ever since it got new management, it’s been a total mess. They jacked up the prices, going back on what they promised. On top of that, the service has gone downhill fast. I wouldn’t recommend this website builder to anyone anymore – it’s just not worth the money or the headache.
Online services transfer
I'm really frustrated with the lack of support for my issues and questions. I've tried reaching out in so many ways, like through social media, but I haven't gotten any response at all. It's disappointing to see that their technology is falling behind compared to competitors like WIX. I've been using this service for ten years, and I'm actually thinking about moving my online services somewhere else.
Domain hosting issue
Recently, I had a really bad experience with a hosting service. They said they couldn't help me with the problems I was having. I tried a bunch of times to fix things, but they kept giving me different case numbers. Turns out they don't support VPS name servers or custom name servers. Because of that, I couldn't park my domain with them, which was super annoying and took up a lot of my time. Plus, their tech support team couldn't even keep track of the case numbers I was given, which made everything even more frustrating. It was a total waste of time, and I definitely wouldn't recommend using their service for domain hosting.
Website tools
I recently had a really awful experience with this website builder. So, I paid for some tools and they didn't work properly. I complained about it but instead of trying to help me out, they just went ahead and shut down my website without any warning. This meant that all the work I put into it, plus all the copyrighted stuff on there, got totally messed up. It's just so annoying and makes me really mad to see a company that just doesn't care about its customers or the work they put into things.

The website builder's design is really good, but their customer service is just awful! I've been sending them emails for more than a month because I'm having a problem with my website, and all they do is give me vague answers that aren't helpful at all. I even talked to Square, and they said it's the builder's responsibility to fix it, but they keep avoiding taking responsibility. Just like y'all, I had a really bad time with the customer service on this website. It was super hard to reach them through email. And on top of that, I got a payment renewal taken from my PayPal account without my permission, and I haven't gotten any answers or fixes from them or Squareup International. What's really getting to me is that even though they took my payment, I can't even get into my website and they told me to start all over with a new one. My suggestion? Steer clear of this website at all costs.
9 year PRO Site Owner
I've been using this service for almost 9 years now and I used to think it was pretty good. But now, I can't even change my payment method! I've tried following all their instructions but nothing works and there's no one to help me out. It's just not acceptable, especially for someone who uses this for my business. I think I might have to look for another service to use.

OMG, this website builder is amazing! Seriously, nothing else even comes close. But oh my gosh, the support is just terrible. They were bought out by another company in 2018, and ever since then, their support has been the absolute worst.

I used to really like this website builder, especially for snagging domain names. I could always score a sweet deal, but now they're just being super greedy. They used to hook it up with a killer two-year deal, but now they're trying to charge an arm and a leg. It's insane how much they're asking for now, and it's a total disrespect to loyal customers like myself. It's honestly pretty gross.
Portfolio site issues
My experience with my portfolio site has been a complete disaster. The images look blurry, changes never seem to save right, and the whole look of the site is just not consistent. It's so annoying to see how it turns out on phones or different web browsers once I try to make some updates. Ever since Square took over, it's been even more of a mess. Now they're making me sign up with them, even though I don't want to. I've had enough and I'm going to find a new web host and site builder.
