Indi Medium Bag in Camel
So I picked up this bag, and man, it's not good, like seriously. The quality is terrible - water just ruins it, and even washing it doesn't make a difference. On top of that, it's way too small inside for all my stuff. Even my husband thinks it's junk, but we only keep it around because it looks cool. And to top it all off, we lost the changing pad while we were traveling. I reached out to customer service, and they refuse to send a replacement, instead pushing me to buy some expensive one. Skip Hop would have just sent me a new one for free - why can't they be like that? Trust me, this bag is not worth it at all. Just pass on it.

Recent sweater purchase
So I bought a sweater from this place and let me tell you, their customer service was downright awful. The size wasn't quite right, so I wanted to swap it for another size in a reasonable amount of time. But nope, they gave me nothing but pushback and excuses. Their return policy is super strict, making it almost impossible to do a simple exchange. It's just not cool to be so inflexible in this day and age. I definitely wouldn't recommend buying anything online from them - you'll probably end up feeling really let down.

This parking service is a total joke. I paid for a spot near the airport, but never got any confirmation. When I got to where I was supposed to park, turns out the motel had nothing to do with the parking service. I had to pay again to the motel just to make sure I had a spot. I've tried reaching out to FindParking/Way.com multiple times with no response. Now I'm trying to dispute the charge and get my money back. Stay away from this company, it's a total rip-off!
