Gaming headset
I bought a gaming headset a while back thinking it would be awesome. But, after just three months of using it here and there, it broke and I couldn't use it anymore. I was really let down by how bad it was and how short it lasted. I also got a controller along with it, and man, that was a real letdown too. It was so bad that I had to take it back because it just didn't work right. Overall, the stuff I bought was not good at all, and I'm definitely not gonna buy anything else from that brand.
New controller
I'm a customer of Turtle Beach and I gotta say, I had a great experience with a guy named Ed. He totally helped me out with my controller problem and made it super simple and stress-free. I really liked how he knew his stuff and guided me through all the steps to get a replacement. Although there was a little hiccup with the shipping taking a bit longer, I was pretty happy with the service I got. I'm pleased with how everything turned out and I'll definitely think about shopping with Turtle Beach again in the future. Thanks for the awesome customer service!
Maintenance service for Stealth Pro headphones
I had a problem with the left speaker on my Stealth Pro headphones not working, so I sent them in for maintenance. The whole process went really well and quick. I was surprised by how fast they fixed and replaced the headset. The customer service was top-notch - they were so helpful and nice. I definitely suggest their maintenance service if you have any headphone issues.
P12 wireless headset
I got this awesome wireless headset and it was fantastic, the sound was awesome, but then it started making this annoying white noise, like, seriously? So I called customer service and they were really quick to send me a replacement. They totally saved the day!
Wireless headset
Hey, guess what? I got this new wireless headset and I was so excited to use it for my gaming. But then, it started acting up and not working right. I was pretty disappointed, but I decided to contact their support team. Surprisingly, they were really helpful! They gave me a label to send back the old one and in just a few days, I got a brand new headset delivered to my door. The new one works great and now I can game like a champ again. Stealth pro headset and stealth rgb controller
Hey guys, I gotta give a shoutout to my new stealth pro headset and stealth RGB controller - they're seriously awesome. The only issue I ran into was the RB button not working on the controller, but I reached out to customer service and they set me up with a brand new controller. Super happy with the service!
Headphones
I want to tell you about the great customer service I got from a guy named Ed at this store. My warranty had already expired, but Ed really went out of his way to help me with my headphone troubles. He gave me a bunch of tips to try and fix the problem, but when they didn't work, he kindly offered to send me a new pair of headphones for free. I was really impressed by how much he cared about making sure I was happy, and how he was willing to go beyond what the warranty covered. You don't see that kind of service very often these days, so I'm really thankful for all the help Ed gave me.
Headset replacement
My headset band broke, so I emailed the company. They replaced it for free, even though it was out of warranty! I'm so thankful for their awesome customer service. They really know how to take care of their customers.
Long-lasting headset with amazing sound
Turtle Beach always comes out on top when it comes to headsets. I've bought other brands before, but they just can't measure up. The sound quality is amazing and the durability of their products never fails to impress me. Recently, I had a problem with my headset, but Turtle Beach took care of it perfectly. They've definitely won me over as a customer. I'll always choose them when it comes to getting a new headset.
Controller Replacement
I actually contacted the company on Facebook when I saw an ad about a broken controller trigger. They got back to me right away and told me to reach out to customer service. I sent in my controller and they sent me a brand new replacement super fast. The customer service was top-notch and I'm really happy with how everything turned out. Thanks a bunch for all your help!
Wireless gaming headset
The wireless gaming headset I bought was a total bummer since it crapped out after only 10 days. But hey, the customer service was actually awesome. The person I talked to was super helpful and made the return easy peasy. They even hooked me up with a refund sooner than I thought.

The best headset my sons ever owned
