Maintenance service for Stealth Pro headphones
I had a problem with the left speaker on my Stealth Pro headphones not working, so I sent them in for maintenance. The whole process went really well and quick. I was surprised by how fast they fixed and replaced the headset. The customer service was top-notch - they were so helpful and nice. I definitely suggest their maintenance service if you have any headphone issues.

I recently got my glasses order from wherelight, but unfortunately they arrived a bit messed up. I was bummed about it, but I decided to give their customer service a shot to fix things. I called and talked to a lady named Phyllis, who was really helpful and nice. I sent her a picture of the damage, and she got back to me right away to fix the problem. Phyllis went out of her way to help me get a new pair of glasses, and her commitment to great customer service has made me a happy customer. I'm thankful for the fast and efficient help from the customer service team at wherelight, and I'm excited to order from them again soon.

Helpful customer service
The customer service team at Tribute was really helpful when I contacted them with questions. I was grateful for their quick and detailed responses. However, I did have a problem with the concierge service I paid for. Even though I paid to avoid duplicates, I noticed that there were a few pictures that were repeated in the final product. It was kind of disappointing that this wasn't caught and fixed before they sent it to me. Despite this hiccup, I still had a really good experience with Tribute and I think the video will make a great gift for my husband's 60th birthday.

Delayed order
I ordered something from this place weeks ago and got a confirmation, but where is my product? I've sent several emails asking for an explanation, but they haven't replied at all. Who does that nowadays? Feels like they're stuck in the Stone Age, using smoke signals to communicate. I wouldn't give them a good review even if you paid me. And their customer service is a joke - non-existent, just like my missing product. I haven't even had a chance to use whatever I bought, and it doesn't look like I will anytime soon. Thanks for nothing, Pendulum!

Difficulty with withdrawal process
I had a really awful time trying to get my money out of this company. The process to verify my account was a total nightmare and it honestly felt like they were purposely making it hard for me to get my cash. And if that wasn't bad enough, their customer service was no help at all and downright rude. This has seriously been the worst experience I've ever had dealing with a financial company.

Night tour of Plaka and Monastiraki
I took a night tour of Plaka and Monastiraki and it was so awesome to see the city all lit up! We learned a ton about the history, art, and beauty of these two super important neighborhoods. Our guide, Kaliope, was amazing and knew her stuff. Plus, she was super friendly and made the whole tour a blast. I would totally suggest checking it out!

Large quantity bulk purchase
I recently bought a ton of stuff at this store and I have to say, I was not impressed at all. Trying to order was a nightmare, the website was a mess and it was so hard to find what I needed. The service was just okay, no one offered to help me find stuff or answer any of my questions. And the prices were a little high compared to other stores with the same stuff. Then the delivery was a mess, my stuff came late and all messed up. Overall, I was really let down by this store.
