Delayed order
I ordered something from this place weeks ago and got a confirmation, but where is my product? I've sent several emails asking for an explanation, but they haven't replied at all. Who does that nowadays? Feels like they're stuck in the Stone Age, using smoke signals to communicate. I wouldn't give them a good review even if you paid me. And their customer service is a joke - non-existent, just like my missing product. I haven't even had a chance to use whatever I bought, and it doesn't look like I will anytime soon. Thanks for nothing, Pendulum!

The cold-pressed juice was really good and fresh, but the acai bowl was kind of watery and didn't have enough toppings. I like that they have healthy choices, but they could do better with how it looks.

I just got these awesome sneakers and slippers from this company, and I gotta tell ya, I am totally blown away. The colors are so vibrant and just catch your eye, and the shoes are super comfy. I literally grab them every morning without fail cuz they're just that cozy. The materials they used are top-notch, and you can just tell these shoes are gonna last a long time.

Difficulty with withdrawal process
I had a really awful time trying to get my money out of this company. The process to verify my account was a total nightmare and it honestly felt like they were purposely making it hard for me to get my cash. And if that wasn't bad enough, their customer service was no help at all and downright rude. This has seriously been the worst experience I've ever had dealing with a financial company.

Night tour of Plaka and Monastiraki
I took a night tour of Plaka and Monastiraki and it was so awesome to see the city all lit up! We learned a ton about the history, art, and beauty of these two super important neighborhoods. Our guide, Kaliope, was amazing and knew her stuff. Plus, she was super friendly and made the whole tour a blast. I would totally suggest checking it out!

Mouth guard purchase
I had a really bad time with their return policies. Even though customer service was helpful and the information booklet was easy to understand, I was really let down by the return policy. I bought a mouth guard from them on another site and it gave me awful tooth pain after wearing it for a few days. That wasn't even listed as a possible issue in their booklet, and I felt like they didn't keep their word of giving me a good night's sleep. Sadly, I had to toss the pricey mouth guard because I couldn't handle the pain.

Large quantity bulk purchase
I recently bought a ton of stuff at this store and I have to say, I was not impressed at all. Trying to order was a nightmare, the website was a mess and it was so hard to find what I needed. The service was just okay, no one offered to help me find stuff or answer any of my questions. And the prices were a little high compared to other stores with the same stuff. Then the delivery was a mess, my stuff came late and all messed up. Overall, I was really let down by this store.
