High-quality jewelry and quick shipment
As someone who keeps coming back to this company, I just have to say how much I love their jewelry. It's always top-notch and really impresses me every time. The pieces are gorgeous and clearly made with a lot of care and skill. I've bought stuff from them more than once, and every purchase leaves me in awe of how beautiful and classy the jewelry is. Wrong size item
I had a really bad time dealing with customer service at this store. I accidentally ordered the wrong size item, dropped it off at a nearby location for return, but they wouldn't give me a stamp on my paper. I had to reach out to customer service, and now I have to wait a whole three weeks to get the right size item. It's annoying that the store doesn't trust its customers to send out the correct item faster.

Sleep patches
The sleep patches have really helped out in our house, especially for my son who has autism and had trouble falling asleep before. It used to take him forever to drift off, like 1-2 hours, and I had to be there with him the whole time. But now, thanks to the patches, he's out in about 20 minutes and I can finally have my evenings to myself again. I'm so thankful for how much these patches have helped our family.

Undelivered product
I haven't gotten the product I ordered from MotardInn yet. There wasn't any card left saying they tried to deliver it, and I can't seem to get ahold of anyone to check on it. The delivery driver snapped a pic of it in their van, but it still hasn't made its way to me. It's been a real letdown and super annoying.

My recent purchase included a denim skirt, -5KG jeans, and a sweater.
I gotta say, my experience with this store was alright, nothing too amazing. The denim skirt and -5KG jeans I got were decent, but that sweater I bought was itchy and flimsy. The one great thing though was how quick my order got to me. I was shocked that it only took 4 days, especially with how far it had to come.

I had a really bad time dealing with a customer service person at this company. I was trying to get a price match on a few things, but ended up with my order costing over $160. When I reached out to customer service for some answers, the person I talked to was extremely rude and not helpful at all. They just told me to call back when the first person I talked to was back at work, without giving me any more help or reasons why. The way they treated me was not okay, and it really left me feeling upset.
