Cute shirt, wrong design
Man, I was super pumped to finally receive my new shirt in the mail. But when I ripped open the package, I was totally disappointed to find out it was the wrong design! The only thing they got right was the color. I was really stoked to rock the shirt I actually ordered, but now I gotta deal with the whole hassle of sending it back.

Yummy bars, awesome customer service
The bars are seriously delicious and the customer service is like, amazing, you know? They totally understand if I need to skip a month and always shoot me a text the next month. So kind and helpful, I just love supporting them!

Interior doors purchase
I bought some interior doors from the store recently and ran into some issues. Even though I gave my installer a detailed list, there was a mistake in the order that ended up causing big delays and extra expenses. The guy who helped me, Dennis, forgot to include two of the doors I needed. So my installation got pushed back for weeks and I had to pay more because the installers and painters had to come out multiple times. Donna from the store in Federal Way tried to fix the mistake, which was nice, but the whole situation was a letdown and ended up costing me a lot. The management team didn't seem too concerned about all the hassle and money I had to spend because of their mess-up.

My recent purchase included a denim skirt, -5KG jeans, and a sweater.
I gotta say, my experience with this store was alright, nothing too amazing. The denim skirt and -5KG jeans I got were decent, but that sweater I bought was itchy and flimsy. The one great thing though was how quick my order got to me. I was shocked that it only took 4 days, especially with how far it had to come.

Gear set and boots
I had a really bad time dealing with a customer service person at this company. I was trying to get a price match on a few things, but ended up with my order costing over $160. When I reached out to customer service for some answers, the person I talked to was extremely rude and not helpful at all. They just told me to call back when the first person I talked to was back at work, without giving me any more help or reasons why. The way they treated me was not okay, and it really left me feeling upset.
