Headset replacement
I gotta say, the customer service I got from this company was top-notch. My headset had a crack, and even though my warranty had expired, they still hooked me up with a replacement. It was a breeze - I sent my busted headset in, and in just two weeks, I had a shiny new one. Their dedication to their customers really impressed me, and now they've got a customer for life.
