Review about: Fedex
International shipment
I recently used an international shipping service to send some stuff from Hong Kong to The Netherlands. I paid a good chunk of change for the shipping, but now my package has been stuck in transit for almost a week with no real updates on what's going on. It's been really frustrating and has cost my business a lot of money, since we need to get our deliveries on time to keep our customers happy. We gave them all the info they needed and paid all the fees, but the package is just stuck in limbo.

Back wheels purchase
I ordered two back wheels on a Monday morning, hoping for a smooth and fast process. Unfortunately, the order didn't actually go out until Wednesday, causing a delay in getting my package. I decided to pay an extra $75 for FedEx delivery, expecting it on Wednesday, but it didn't show up until Friday. When I tried to contact customer service for updates, it was really tough to get through to anyone. Finally, I spoke with Lenny who promised a refund for all the trouble, but I still haven't seen it even after following up multiple times. Overall, I'm pretty disappointed with how everything has gone.

Overnight wrinkle-resisting cream
I was looking for a night cream and stumbled upon the Shiseido Overnight wrinkle-resisting cream. But Shiseido is always messing with their products, discontinuing the good ones. Someone suggested I try this cream, but it was a bad idea. It's hard to spread, doesn't moisturize the skin, and feels like putting on chalk. I wouldn't recommend buying it.

I've been smoking for more than 20 years, but ever since I started using this vape, I haven't had any desire for a cigarette. What really got me interested was the fact that it's made in the UK, but I've been pleasantly surprised by how great everything has been. The website is simple to use, the products are fantastic, and the vape is really user-friendly. And can I just say, the packaging is top-notch! I can't recommend this product enough - I just ordered my refills!

Tactical Riflescope
I just bought a Tactical Riflescope from Sportsman's Guide, but I ran into a big problem with the delivery. The customer service rep first tried to point fingers at the manufacturer and the shipping company, saying they couldn't meet a signature requirement. So now, the item is on its way back and I'm being told I have to make a new order. This whole situation, with nobody taking responsibility and not fixing things right away, has really let me down.

Comfortable vegan shoes
I recently bought a pair of vegan shoes from this company and I absolutely love them. They are super comfy and lightweight, perfect for everyday use. The customer service was exceptional and I felt really appreciated as a customer throughout the entire buying process. It's been three years now and I still love wearing these shoes. My favorite are the vegan boulder boots because they're so soft and flexible, perfect for summer. In the winter, I switch to my weathered umber leather boulder boots for extra warmth. I recently got the Outlanders and I'm impressed by how waterproof they are and how great they look. Even my partner is a fan now and has five pairs of his own, with the trainers being his top choice. Overall, I highly recommend this company for their durable and comfortable shoes.
