Hoodie for nephew's birthday
I had a great time shopping for a hoodie at the store. The employee was really nice and we chatted while I was there, which made shopping fun. The hoodie I bought was a hit with my nephew because it was super soft inside and had sleeves that went all the way down to cover his hands. My brother loves this brand, so he definitely would've liked the quality of the hoodie too.

Hey guys, I gotta give a shoutout to my new stealth pro headset and stealth RGB controller - they're seriously awesome. The only issue I ran into was the RB button not working on the controller, but I reached out to customer service and they set me up with a brand new controller. Super happy with the service!

Poster
I bought a poster from this company not too long ago and sadly, it came with a bunch of spelling mistakes on it. The funny thing is, the poster was all about writing, but it had errors all over the place. I tried to reach out to the seller on their website to ask for a new one, but I couldn't get through to them. It's really frustrating to not get the help you need when there's a problem with what you bought. And on top of that, it's worrying that they're still selling the same messed up poster to other people. All in all, my experience was pretty disappointing and I wouldn't recommend buying from this company.

Don't buy ! size chart is wrong and you're stuck with stuff you'll never wear unless you lose 100 lbs first then you won't even need it. Why you do this to your black sisters. You're wrong for that! Worst customer services. You're wrong for that. Quality material but I can't get it on. You're wrong for that!

Garden Mattress
We could not be more pleased with our Natural Form mattress and the fabulous customer service when (after 9 years) we had an indentation on one of our air baffles. Thankfully, the part was covered under the company's warranty and will receive the new parts within 3 days of determination of what was needed. Jason, our Customer Service Representative was fabulous. Thank you all! You have lasting customers in our family!

Baseball Bat Cross Necklace
I also would give this company a -10 if I could. Ordered a necklace for Christmas present on 12/5/19. Would take 3-7 days to handcraft and correct shipping address was on the confirmation order. Lots of emails going back and forth, mostly the same answer from them, but my package was delivered in Korea at 5:22 on 12/25/19. (Update from 2 minutes ago) I have consistently just asked for refund. Last email from them was that they would be closed from 1/23-1/30. No word or refund and it's 2/6/20. After reading these reviews I'm sure someone in Korea just tossed it in the garbage.
