I ordered the shapewear and was very disappointed. Not only is the size chart inaccurate the product barely got past my thighs smdh. Then to top it off I find out no exchanges or refunds. This should be the first thing shown on your order page

Don't buy ! size chart is wrong and you're stuck with stuff you'll never wear unless you lose 100 lbs first then you won't even need it. Why you do this to your black sisters. You're wrong for that! Worst customer services. You're wrong for that. Quality material but I can't get it on. You're wrong for that!
Slim down kit
Misleading social media post and text. Customer service does NOT exist. Instead of a simple solution someone went back and forth with me through email. Focused on the problem and NEVER offered a solution. I absolutely do NOT recommend spending your money with this company.

I have to agree that their sizing chart is very inaccurate. As soon as I removed the item from the packaging, I knew it wouldn’t fit. I’m not sure who’s 2x they were measuring, but it’s not correct. I emailed the email address to let them know. I received no response. I went on their website to see that they OFFER NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. All sales are final. Now I know why! They’re scammers.
