Leggings and sports bra set
I usually don't write reviews, but I just had to for this company. I got this leggings and sports bra set a while ago and man, let me tell you, they're the real deal! The quality is top-notch, the material is super durable and comfy. I've been rocking them during my workouts and they've been holding up great. But, after a few months, I noticed a tiny stitching problem on one of the leggings. I decided to hit up their customer service and wow, they were amazing. The rep I talked to was so helpful and really went above and beyond to help me out. They fixed the issue super quick, within a day, and I couldn't be happier. This kind of service is rare these days and I gotta give it to them for really looking out for their customers.
Leggings
I recently bought a pair of leggings from this store. At first, they looked great, but I was bummed when they started to fade and snag so quickly. However, the customer service from Brooke and John was fantastic. They were quick to respond and helped me get a new pair of leggings fast. Even though the ones I originally wanted were sold out, they let me pick a different style, which was nice. They even offered a refund without making me return the old pair. Overall, despite the issue with the leggings, my experience was great thanks to Brooke and John's awesome service.
DFYNE outfit
I was a little doubtful at first about all the buzz going on about this brand, but let me tell you, after trying on my first DFYNE outfit, I was amazed. The quality and fit were just incredible. But on my most recent order, I ran into a small problem. Luckily, Tony from customer service came to the rescue and took care of it right away. His professionalism, personal touch, and quick response really blew me away. I'm grateful for how transparent and caring he was in addressing my issue. All in all, it was a really great experience.
Snow White zippy replacement
I had a problem with my black zippy when the zipper fell off. I emailed them about it and Amy got back to me right away. She offered me a replacement or a gift card. The black and pink zippies were out of stock, so she gave me a list of other colors to choose from. I went with the Snow White zippy and she sent me a confirmation for the replacement. I'm really happy with the great customer service I got from this company.
Gym-wear purchase
I recently got some gym clothes from this place and I have to say, they are amazing! The colors are awesome and they always have new stuff in stock. The customer support is really nice and they're always quick to help. The clothes are really durable, even after lots of washes. The leggings fit me perfectly and I'm 175cm tall. I would definitely recommend them for anyone looking for cute and stylish gym outfits.
Replacement products
The customer service at this place is amazing. I got the wrong items but this awesome person helped me right away. They were super good at explaining things and fixed the problem fast. The thing I wanted was sold out, but they found another option really quickly. I'm really impressed!

Talking with Scott
I was chatting with this guy Scott, one of the workers, and man, he was awesome! I had an issue with something I purchased, but Scott really came through for me. He offered me a bunch of options to make things right. And get this - I ended up getting a brand new version of my purchase for free, and it got to me super quick with express shipping. Big thanks to Scott for hooking me up!
Gym equipment
I just bought some gym equipment from here and I gotta tell ya, the quality is amazing. And the customer service? Oh man, it's top-notch. I'm really impressed with how much they care about their customers. Totally worth investing in their products.
