Lakers sweater
I bought a Lakers sweater from this company for Christmas, but it never showed up. I tried emailing them a bunch of times, but they never got back to me until I finally had to complain to the BBB. Even after that, they said they'd give me a refund, but I still haven't seen it. Looks like bad customer service is par for the course with this company.
