Personalized picture purchase
This was my first time getting a custom picture made, and I gotta say, it was a great experience. The folks at this place were super helpful in answering all my questions before I placed my order. Fake profiles and attempted scams
Avoid it at all costs. There are so many fake profiles on there that it's obvious something sketchy is going down. It's sad to see that Alt is actually luring people in with these fake profiles. For example, I ran into someone from a little town like Blackall QLD who just didn't seem real at all. The fact that they had bad English skills made me think they might be trying to pull some kind of scam, maybe pretending to be from Russia.

I am surprised by all the bad reviews I've come across because my time with this company has been great. I've been shopping with them for years and bought all kinds of stuff from soft sweaters to comfy sheets. Everything I've gotten has been top-notch and the prices can't be beat. I've even made returns and it was super easy. Maybe the cashmere isn't quite as fancy as a $500 sweater, but it's still really good for what you pay.

5 bathing suits
This company is by far the worst experience i've ever had shopping. I made my order to them on June 25 and paid for expedited shipping so my order should have been there by July 6 at the latest. It wasn't until July 8 that they contacted me to say something was out of stock and that's what was holding up my order. The professional thing to do would have been to just send the order out or at least let me know what was going on. On the 8 of July I was told that my order would finally be shipped out, it wasn't until July 13 that I was contacted for them to tell me they cancelled my order. This order was for a trip and now I have no bathing suits to wear. This is beyond ridiculous .
