Oh my gosh, I've been wanting to go to the Azores for so long, and I finally found this awesome team who made it all happen! Andreia and her crew were absolute heroes in putting together the most epic vacation for me and my family. They were so patient, so nice, and just all around amazing! I'm so excited to go on this dream trip with my family all because of them.

I just bought the Upgraded Courtney in Dark Caramel (18 inches) and I am totally in love with it! It's my first topper and I'm already thinking about getting another one so I can switch up the styles. The quality is top-notch and I've gotten tons of compliments on it. The color also fits my skin tone perfectly. And the delivery was really quick - ordered on January 12th and got it on the 25th. Overall, I'm super happy with my purchase and will definitely be buying from them again.

Briana really stepped up and got her team involved to fix the issue. Thanks to her quick thinking, the kit's ID number was linked to my account and I was able to test that same day. Briana's cool and competent attitude really saved the day, and I'm so thankful for her outstanding service.

I just bought this delivery service, dropped some serious cash on it too. But man, the delivery date has come and gone, and I haven't heard anything about where my stuff is. It's really grinding my gears that I can't even track my order or get any updates. Total lack of communication here is really ticking me off, causing me all sorts of headaches and stress.

Flight cancellation chaos
My recent experience with this airline was a total disaster. So, get this - we were all settled in on the plane and then, out of nowhere, they just canned the flight. No explanation, no updates. We had to deplane and were basically left hanging at the airport, in the dead of night, not knowing what to do. It was a mess. And then, when I complained about it, they didn't offer any refund or compensation. It was like they were living in the Stone Age, not caring at all about keeping their customers happy or treating them right.

The website was super easy to use and helped me find what I was looking for in no time. I was pretty shocked by how fast the package arrived, especially because deliveries usually take forever to get to my gated community. I've been a customer here for a long time, and some of the stuff I bought way back when is still good to go. But recently, I ran into a problem with a few items I bought and had to reach out to customer service. They really came through for me though, sending me two replacements within a week without giving me a hard time or asking a bunch of questions. That's the kind of customer service I expect from a brand known for top-notch products, even if they do cost a little more than others. Saber purchase for child's present
I got a saber for a kid's present and man, NSabers really dropped the ball on the service. They said it would take 7-10 days to get there, but it wasn't until day 10 that I even got a notice it had been shipped. Then, by day 15, the local guys, Evri, said it was lost. NSabers made me fill out a form saying they'll look into it and basically threatened to call the cops if I was messing around about not getting it. After a week, they said the tracking showed my local guys had it and I should just go pick it up. It's been almost 2 months since I ordered it and now NSabers won't send a new one or give me a refund. This whole thing has been a nightmare, totally unprofessional. I'd tell others to stay away from them - it feels like a total scam. I'm gonna call my credit card company to get my money back.

I picked up the most adorable copper boot tray from this store, and I was thrilled about getting $10 off for signing up with my email. But I waited and waited, and you know what? That coupon never showed up! And on top of that, the price of the boot tray went up! I felt totally duped into signing up for absolutely nothing.
