Incorrectly sized items
The stuff I got was the wrong size even though I sent pictures with a measuring tape. The customer service team was no help at all and never got back to me. I've wasted so much time trying to fix this and still haven't gotten a good solution.
Dress return trouble
I bought a dress that didn't fit me, so I tried to return it. But man, returning it was a total nightmare. The return form they sent me didn't do the trick, so I asked for another one. But that one was no good either. It just kept going like that, each form being useless and leaving me annoyed and wasting my time. Seems like they're using this shady tactic to avoid returns, and that's just not cool at all.
Order cancellation issue
It's really annoying when you reach out to customer service to cancel an order that's still being prepared, only to be told it's already been shipped. The lack of communication and efficiency is disappointing and inconvenient. And on top of that, having to pay for return shipping because of their mistake just makes it worse. As a customer, you want to feel important and respected, and this experience definitely missed the mark on that.
New clothes and accessories
I recently ordered some new clothes and accessories from this website. Unfortunately, when they showed up, they were the wrong sizes! I had to send them back, but they ended up charging me for shipping on each individual item. On top of that, they didn't even refund me for one outfit that cost $40! I was really upset, it felt like they were trying to rip me off. Their customer service is also not great, always coming up with different excuses. I wouldn't recommend spending your money on this website.
Incorrectly Sized Garments
I'm really upset with how things went with this company. I tried to get in touch with them several times through email and WhatsApp about the wrong sizes of the clothes I bought. But now they won't give me a refund, even though I tried my best to solve the issue. It's not right and it's not professional for a company that claims to care about their customers. I won't be buying from them anymore.
clothes for modest wear
I'm totally giving that website zero stars, it's seriously the worst. Can you believe they actually made me pay to return my stuff, even though the items cost less than the return fee? They might as well call themselves Professional Robbery! And don't even get me started on how they claim to be all about Muslim customers, it's obvious they're just pretending to cover up their shady practices.
Efficient and well-packed items
I recently bought some stuff from this store and I gotta say, I was really impressed with how fast and efficient they were. The things I got were packed nicely and the sizes were just right, which is always a bit of a worry when you're shopping online. But, I do have a little suggestion for them - it would be awesome if they could add some more brands like Armine, Doque, or Keira to their collection. Having a bigger variety would definitely bring in more customers and give peeps like me more stuff to choose from. Still, I gotta admit, I really like shopping at this store and I'll definitely keep coming back.
Lost package, refund received
I totally love the stuff I got from this place. The quality is amazing and the styles are super stylish. Unfortunately, my package went missing or got swiped during delivery, but Modanisa quickly refunded me without any fuss. Not sure if it was my neighbor or the delivery guy who messed up, but it doesn't matter because Modanisa's customer service was excellent!

I've been pretty bummed out by my experience with this online store. I bought something and got an email saying it was on its way to Turkey, even though it was already in the UK. It's been over two months now and my package still hasn't shown up. The slow delivery is just not cool, especially when other stores are so much quicker. I bought a Cardigan from this store not too long ago and I was really let down by how cheaply made it was. When I went to try it on, it actually ripped! And when I wanted to send it back, they were going to charge me almost the same amount as the Cardigan for shipping, so I wouldn't get much money back at all. Then, when I tried to leave a review, they blocked it. It's obvious they don't care about being honest or making their customers happy.

The customer service at this online store is just amazing. They always get back to your emails super quickly and take care of any problems or questions right away. Plus, the stuff they send is really high quality. It can be tough to find stylish hijabs and outfits as a Muslim woman in the US, but this store has everything you need. I definitely suggest giving them a look for all your modest fashion needs.
Email spam and deceptive practices
I made the mistake of signing up for this company's emails, thinking I'd get updates on their products and sales. But I got bombarded with spam emails instead. When I tried to unsubscribe, I saw they removed the link from the unsubscribe button on purpose. It's not cool to be sneaky like that - it just annoys and frustrates customers. Quick response and resolution
I was actually really surprised by how fast the company responded to my review and solved the issue. It seems like they actually care about what customers think and want to fix any problems. They not only phoned me to figure out what went wrong, but they also sent me a coupon for a discount as a nice gesture. The fact that they even called again to make sure the coupon worked shows they really want to make customers happy. I used the coupon to buy a coat, and it came quickly with free shipping because of my membership. All in all, I'm really impressed with the service and how they handle customer complaints.
Faulty dress with loose stitching and too short
I just got my order and, unfortunately, one of the dresses had some loose stitching. On top of that, it was way too short for me. I reached out to customer service about it and asked for a refund. They were really quick to offer me a refund and even apologized for the hassle. I'm happy that they dealt with my issue so quickly and fairly.
First order in 2017
I bought something from this online store for the first time back in 2017. At first, it was tough for me to figure out what size to get for my stuff. But the good thing is, I haven't had to send anything back because if something doesn't fit me right, I just give it to a family member as a gift. Overall, I've been happy with the quality of the stuff I’ve bought, especially the scarves.
